I keep giving this location chances, and they can never seem to get it right. They stay messing up my food, or always out of stuff that you order.

Ordered $45 worth of food half of it was delivered and there's no way to make a complaint or get anybody on the phone. Do not use the app and do not use this Burger King.

We stopped here for a quick breakfast sandwich and were disappointed. We got 3 different kinds of croissant sandwiches and none looked like the picture, they were tiny. I got the bacon egg and cheese one and I had one little piece of bacon and the whole thing was mushy. It reminded me of a microwave breakfast sandwich but I think Jimmy Dean would have been better.

Food was hot, but sandwich was smashed; service was slow getting thru the drive thru; window employee was rather rude and out-of-sorts.

Well, they had a special the 3 for 7 dollars, but they had not one bun for chicken sandwiches or the bacon cheeseburger all burgers that is. Only whoppers idk if that was a tactic to sell higher.
When asked about the bun size they were potato buns idk what that is. This has been the most inconsistent place and this hasn’t been the first time this has happened. Why? Continue with an ad and not have the product complete. I believe it’s a lack of communication and consistency in the business.
Coming from management, we have to make sure we are aware of these types of situations. Be fair to the guests stand for your VALUE or guests will find places elsewhere. This is why there’s a 3.6-star review.

Due to their stupid drive thru policy you have to back up away from the window and wait for them to call you forward. If you can't back up they make you drive to the other side of the store and park. Even if you are the only car in line.

Idk what happened to bk their Burgers use to be huge now they are more expensive and half the size. They look just like McDonald's burgers now.

The soda machine area is sloppy , ketchup dispenser has dry and old looking ketchup, hardly any lids for drinks and soda machine ice maker was low the ice and drinks taste like the city water. Really gross I wonder if the health department actually does their job , I wouldn’t think the health department would low the residents consume such filth ? Shame
