The service at Burger King on Mansfield Rd. exhibited great customer service and quick service. Plus the food was fresh & hot. I just wish I had onion rings instead of french fries.

I had NO problems ? Got that candied bacon whopper. It was great. Only problem was which I understand cuz of the area. 30 cent for extra zesty sauce.
I just had surgery and we got my Whopper, no ketchup, fries and a drink, to go. It was great, except for too much mayonnaise and fries needed a little more salt. The fries was my fault, as I didn't get salt packets. I wish there was another Burger King in Mansfield, Louisiana.
You will get a flat trying to drive through the pot hole filled parking lot. Forced to go through the drive through because the inside is locked. No menu to order from just black screen. This is before the horrible rude service. Please save yourself a headache and shop elsewhere. This business has no pride.

I was asked to pull forward in the drive thru because they are supposedly making my food.then how come all of my food is cold when they bring it out? Everyone is rude, the food always cold or not what you ordered!! Worst BK
No one in drive thru but us. Person said one moment so we’re waiting. Finally after asking again in the drive thru if they were ready to take our order, they said one minute again. After 5 minutes we just drive off.

Burger King on Mansfield had the absolute WORST customer of any business EVER. I greeted the 3 workers and 2 managers up front and got no reply. They did look at me but just didn't respond. They were too busy talking amongst each other and talking about the customers in the drive thru. Their language then turned PROFOUND as if I was invisible. YOU would think it was an episode of some televised prank..it was so horrible. I politely told them their service was horrendous and left ?

Ordered a bacon king burger meal with no sauce on it in the drive thru, it came with sauce, go back to the location to get it fixed and the second sandwich came back with no bacon. Not to mention when they brought out the food the first time after having us pull up they basically threw the food in the window and walked off without saying a word.
I had to wait for a little bit but the food was worth the wait.

I personally waited 28 mins from order time in drive thru to leaving the restaurant. Ridiculous and not called for. The food was cold I ordered chicken nuggets and a whopper jr. The staff and apparently management could care less about presentation and professionalism at this location. It makes me sad to say 15 years ago this place was fresh booming and productive with beautiful management and team, nowadays I can only speak for myself I'm no longer a BK customer.
Worst service of NY gast room place in the area I live in.
