Food: Over cooked and dry. Keep getting smaller and smaller portions for the price. Pretty soon it will be just bites. Definitely the food quality is going done. People are friendly. But not sure I'd recommend this place. I'd more then likely go to the Bossier location.

Yesterday was my husband and I first time eating there and it will definitely be the last time we both ordered the Seafood Deluxe platters and were very disappointed the crab cakes looked dry, my fries weren’t fresh she gave me my food extremely fast overall it was just a horrible first time experience and you know what they say first times a charm.

This time was a good one, Imo give 4 stars with a 75% consistency rating. Maybe one crew is more careless than the other? ....my compliments to the other 3 crews.

Me and my best friend go here EVERY WEEK. The service and workers and amazing and really kind!! Their food made me see STARSKid-friendliness: The workers are always sweet to us and they are always making sure that we are doing good and having a good day and they always have a smile on their face.!!

I would give it a absolute ZERO if I could. Rude lady at the drive thru refused to take our order (she was the only worker in the front and wasn't busy at all with the drive thru) then we were forced to look at our food that was ready but she wasn't bringing it to us because she wasn't working herself to death. Absolute trash. Used to be our favorite, we WILL NOT be back

I’m visiting from Seattle Washington and stop by Captain D’s drive thru in Shreveport on youree Dr… The amount of food you are given for there price is a complete rip off…it took me at least 10 mins to pull off without complaining after seeing my food. The food look like a kids meal. I ordered the 2 pc hand breaded catfish, fries and Mac and cheese and added 5 pc shrimp. I took pics for those that would like too see… just taste food, and fish taste spoiled and the hand full of fries I was given taste dip in grease twice old. Only thing was decent was the 5 extra butterfly shrimp I added! For an extra 2.50!! Mac and cheese was a bit soupy and bland ! Waste of money!!!!
