My choir had a meet and greet dinner this evening. I'm only giving five stars 🌟 to Ty our server who single handedly handled our party of 15 perfectly. There was not an order incorrect or drink made wrong. The manager Melvin however need customer service training from Ty. Our party watched him go to every table in our section except ours to see how everything was going. He only acknowledged our party as we were leaving. Ty need to be manager. Great job Ty and I hope you get these stars 🌟 for your exceptional service and great attitude!!

Hands down beats any competitors nearby!!! Service is the BEST and manager visited all tables to make sure everything is good. You know they value their customers!! Great venue for a get together also. The food....I can't even begin!!
The food was good........just not great. The service and atmosphere was great. I was sad that they advertised a drink in the entrance but was out when I ordered it. It was my birthday. The robot sang to me when it brought my birthday dessert.

Went there to celebrate my divorce. The waitresses are so friendly and savvy! They know the menu and are so accommodating! It really lifted my spirits on a gruesome day!

Awful food service. Employees standing around like they had nothing to do. After 30 minutes, I raise my hand to get attention and stared waving it in the air, when they finally got to me I ordered two grilled chicken breasts, they gave me dry fajita meat. I ordered two Mexicanio Gacomile, it was also dry with no lime juice or cerlontra. There was no one there monitoring the kitchen or the employees. I have been going there for years ordering the same thing and its always been on point, and the poor quality I got and paid for was just awful enough today to never return.
Best I've had in Louisiana. Pricy, but we'll worth the money.

Went to lunch today. Food was good. Service was slow, but they were very busy. Our waitress was not attentive, had to ask multiple times what we ordered, brought the tickets the first time and they were wrong, then when she brought the corrected tickets back, she had added gratuity to each for a table of 5. When we asked the hostess with the mostest on the way out what the table size is when they charge gratuity, she stated it is up to the server. She said some choose to charge at 6 and other wait until the table is larger. I informed her we were charged for gratuity with a table of 5. She stated it was weird. So just be careful and attentive of your tickets.
