Place has gone downhill fast. Food is bland, to the point where I think they consider salt to be an exotic spice, and portions have clearly been cut. About as authentic Mexican food as Taco Bell.

Let's begin with the server, sweet and polite. But her follow-up was a little slow, and there wasn't a water refill offered.
