I ordered a veggie plate to go (red beans & rice, collard greens & fried okra). The greens were ok, okra was little greasy, the red beans were a little salty & the cornbread was burned on the bottom (see photo). In their defense it was minutes before the kitchen closed.
Found this gem on google and so glad we did! Passing through town on Mother’s Day and they were busy but catered to all! Food was off the chain! We will be back next time we come through town!
Everything was good and cooked to order I had the Cassandra's plate the shrimp, fish, crawfish, oysters and alligator were all on point I added okra it was good alsoMy lady had the 2 large pork chopsMy son had the kids burgerThe fresh lemonade was goodNice friendly staffI'll be back
