I’ll start with positives: The restaurant is very nice inside! Staff is friendly, but not very attentive and I assume it’s because gratuity is automatically included when you eat inside. However the quality and quantity of food for the price is outrageous. Portions are ridiculously small (my son’s kid meal literally had 3 shrimp and maybe 6 or 7 fries) not nearly enough to fill up even a kid. The flavor and battering of our food was honestly less impressive than drive thru....
We came around 11am on a Saturday and really enjoyed ourselves. The server was an older lady with glasses and she was very accommodating and polite. The food came out fresh, hot and delicious. We sat on the bar side and it was immaculate. I love the sleek layout of this establishment. I had company in town and they were amazed with the atmosphere, service and food! They were playing 90s R&B so it was a whole vibe!
The hotel staff recommended this spot, and I was very impressed. I had the fish and grits, which also came with a fresh salad. My party ordered several dishes to sample, and everything was delicious. It’s a cute, laid-back place with great service and good vibes all around.
