I like the place, I hit it up for a good burger that hits the spot when I'm in Shreveport. But let's not kid ourselves, this place is Americana, not high class bougie stuff.

Just left from the checkers off of north market. Ordered 4 burgers total the first two were no mustard no ketchup extra tomato (bc the first time I went they didn’t even put tomato) this time they only put one slice of tomato on my burger. When told to the red haired girl at the window she had an AirPod in I had to repeat myself twice before she even took her AirPod out and continued to say she didn’t hear us. Having your AirPods in at a workplace is very unprofessional and then when trying to tell her my food was wrong she didn’t much care. It’s very sad knowing that I work in a similar industry and could never treat a customer that way. Or be unprofessional. Service matters do better 👏🏼

Order took forever to complete. Ended up missing an item, having my burger made incorrectly, and all the food tasted old. Do not recommend this Checkers!

The food was ok. But I’d only stop again if no other choice😔. The fries were really good. The cheese sticks were good but my burger wasn’t cold but definitely not nice and hot like I prefer my hamburger. The staff were friendly and had smiles. I hate going somewhere and you feel like you’re not welcome. They seemed to be happy.

Food is great. Placed an order at approximately 8:17. Confirmation email said it would be ready at 8:22. Pulled up to the drive-thru speaker. Waited 5 minutes while no one spoke to us. Proceeded to drive to the pick-up window where no one spoke to us until about 8:35 despite making eye contact with employees. Would have really just been nice to have been acknowledged.
