what’s the point of ordering the food how we want if y’all are gonna make it wrong EVERYTIME anyways, the ticket says exactly how it’s supposed to be made and sumhow y’all still manage to give out the wrong stuff, won’t answer the phone or resolve any issue. My whole order was wrong and I can’t even get them to answer the phone

What a letdown. I'm from Texas, and I haven't had Checkers since I was a teen. So let me start by saying that the service was horrible. Food took 10 minutes, they don't give me a spoon with the Sunday I ordered, no fork for my load fries, and someone explain to me why in the world would you put salt on season fries! The fries were the best growing up, but today, I couldn't even finish two fries! They were so salty. Now the burgers, wow, I can't believe a McDonald's burger is bigger than a checker burger. I will definitely never come back. Rest in peace to my favorite burger place from my youth.

I Love this location because they do whatever they can to fix any issues! The drive thru cashier is always super friendly! What I love the most about this location is they tell you about deals that you might not know they had going!

Absolutely the waste of time at the drive 5 hours to get there they took 30 minutes to get my order after I replaced it 30 minutes before online. Such a waste of time I would recommend going to Burger King if you like that kind of thing way better than going to checkers checkers is dead forget about it dead dead.
