Drove over an hour to have dinner with friends and walked in the door the minute they opened … no one else was there and no other cars were in the parking lot but we were told they had no tables. The website does not have a reservation tab or we certainly would have made reservations. We asked if we could get on the list and wait and were told it would be an extremely long wait. Again, no one was even in the parking lot besides us. By the way, there were only five of us. I have never seen any establishment that was completely empty turn paying customers away. I was really excited to try this place but those girls at the front desk were not the vibe and line avenue is not Hollywood blvd. If you’re going to run your restaurant on the “reservations only” clause, maybe make it a little more transparent AND accessible on your awful website.

Sauce that is poured over tenderloin extremely overpowering/bitter and does not mix well with peppercorn, takes away from the high-quality, high-grade cut/flavor of the tenderloin itself. Other than this, excellent service and amazing atmosphere. Truly wonderful experience, cant wait to return!
The best Italian Cream Cake ever is no more. Not sure what happened to in house baker, but the replacement was a massive disappointment. Had the cake last night and the original baker of this delicious cake is definitely missed!

Everything we got here was delicious! Perfect for a date night when we want something fancier than usual. We shared the Pagello Albert and it was exquisite (even got me using fancy words lol)! We appreciated the great and attentive service too. Our server, Madeline, found out that we like our coffees sweeter and added creme-brulee sugar to our cappuccinos. Definitely would recommend it!

Wonderful atmosphere, perfect for a romantic night out with your spouse. The best shrimp & noodles in the city & the red snapper was phenomenal. Our server was amazing, so attentive & was great at referring items, etc.

Worst New Years Eve dinner ever. Arrived for a 6:15 reservation and was told by the greeter, just to let you know there is a reservation for your table at 7:45 before we even sat down at our table. The Shrimp Scampi Italiano was nasty. The shrimp seemed like cocktail shrimp you can buy at your local grocery store in the clear plastic trays and was overcooked and mushy with no flavor. The sides consisted of 4 small wedges of potatoe and maybe 8 or 9 green beans. Both were bland and without flavor. My wife's meal was chicken and it was just as bad. When my wife mentioned to the server she was unsatisfied with her meal, her reply was I'll pass this on to the chef. We will not be returning to this place again. I had a shrimp dish at Olive Garden that was much better than what was served here and at half the price.
