I came to Chick-fil-a before the dinner rush and decided to pick my food up curbside. I will never use curbside at this location again. My food took 20 mins. for me to receive curbside. I even tried calling twice to speak to someone, but no one answered. However, when my food did come, it was fresh and the worker did greet me. I am not too upset because the food was still up to standards, but curbside will no longer be an option for me and my family at this location.

I’m going to have to stop going to this location. They’re always leaving items out of your order & the portion sizes are off! Also when I order chicken nuggets if it looks like the bottom of the barrel, just give me decent food! I shouldn’t get a nugget that looks like it’s cut in 4’s and my Mac & cheese looks like it’s been eating out of of! I’ll be going back to Youree Dr location.

I Pais for my good on app. When I got to location they said they didn't have my order. They rang it up again and I paid for it again. Even though my bank showed it already taken from my account. So I was double charged. My already high dollar meal of $27. Doubled definitely Not worth almost sixty dollars on chicken nuggets ,fries & a fruit cup. I even talked to the manager. He assured me the app order would not be charged. Clearly it was. I paid cash for the 2nd transaction. I have the receipt.

Don’t go to chick-fil-A on Mansfield Road .I’ve been coming here every Tuesday and getting breakfast since it opened. Sometimes I even spend my last dime just getting breakfast here because that’s how much I love Chick-fil-A. I spend everything we have just eat here with me my family. We’ve enjoyed memories and good food. Today I went to Chick-fil-A like I do every Tuesday and do the same thing. I get my food, what I can afford ,and some sweet tea and go to the car. I put the sweet tea in a cup of mine that i brought. then I go back up there and get one refill because they say I can get one refill . Today I was told that I can’t take the sweet tea and put it in one of my cup and get another refill. I’m not trying to get free food and I’m not trying to scam the company. All I’m trying to do is get one refill that they told me I could get . I drink most of the tea and then I pour the rest of it in another cup of mine, it shouldn’t matter what I do with my tea. I also get four cups of ice for my water bc we don’t really have ice at work. I use the cups of ice for my water and for eating. I get hot at work and the ice helps. I only do this once a week. I want to get my One refill that they told me I could get. Chick-fil-A was very rude and I’m not gonna do business with them anymore and for me to say that that’s a lot. I know they don’t care because they make millions and millions of dollars every day. And they’re so upset over one cup of sweet tea. They don’t care if I come back because they’ll just have somebody else buying stuff from them. I really thought that Chick-fil-A cared, but apparently they don’t. They’re upset over one cup of sweet tea and I do this every Tuesday for the last few months ever since they opened , I would spend my last five dollars just eat here but not anymore. I tried to get explain my situation to the Chick-fil-A on Mansfield Road. They told me what they had to tell me and they shut the door and walked away. I know that one lady told the other guy what she thought I was doing, but you don’t need to just assume things without knowing the person situation and what they are going through. This chick-fil-A made me happy and got me through the week but not anymore. I’m done.

I always go to chic fi la in Shreveport and will continue to go there! I never experienced any bad service until today at this specific location on Mansfield rd. I ordered my food for me and family and waited 30 minutes. Once I finally went to see why the food was taking so long, the manager told me it was given to the wrong customer. No heads up or warning. Then proceeded to tell me if I wanted my food, it would be a 15 minute wait…… I needed to be somewhere after that so I asked for a refund. But if it wasn’t for me getting up and asking about the food, we would have waited for nothing. Shreveport location is way better than this location.

We waited 30 mins just to realize our food was given to the wrong people they didn’t even call out the name on the order or nothing and then they proceeded to to make us wait another 20 mins to get our food so I decided to get a refund at that point I will never eat at this location again

Ordered a large catering order online as I am out of state for a franchise company lunch. My client showed up to pick up and they could not find the order. I called nearly 6 times, the catering team said they do have record of my order but no one knows what to do and they have dropped my call and cannot get me in touch with anyone to give me my money back or explained what happened. Absolutely horrible service.
