I usually LOVE their food but this location got my order wrong. I payed for a BLT and got a plain chicken sandwich. I had read the reviews about this type of issues but I still decided to give them a try and never again.

We ordered delivery from their website and it never arrived. The restaurant claims that it was delivered and told us to call doordash. We ordered from the restaurant's website and doordash was never involved on our end. This is on the restaurant and they've refused to make it right as they seem to think that it's somehow doordash's responsibility. I believe that we will ultimately end up having to perform a chargeback through the credit card company because the restaurant is dead set on keeping the money even though they failed to provide any food.
Their menu was very deceiving. I ordered the turkey club which comes stacked with turkey and bacon in the menu picture. They only put one small slice of turkey on your sandwich in reality. Definitely not worth the money and I do not recommend.

I tried the chicken salad BLT along with the white chocolate cake and it was delicious...hit the spot because I was kind of hungry. This place is very clean and nice. Well done Chicken Salad Chick!!

I love me sum good chicken salad! And to have so many different variations of it is a plus! So if ur a fellow chicken salad lover, they have something for every taste bud! I also love when I enter a business, and the staff actually recognize that you've walked in, and they greet u! Good customer service is so hard to find, but these ladies have it! The store is clean, and the patio seating is nice to have on those nice days we have here in Louisiana!

I found a hair at the bottom of my grape salad. I wish jobs would start making employees wear head coverings when preparing customer's food. I mean it won't kill me, but it sure is gross and I will not be going back anymore. I hope my salad doesn't contain any hair, which was made incorrectly on purpose.
