Listen the owner needs to know the manager on staff currently of this locations has got to go! She is bringing down the atmosphere by yelling at guest asking for straws, screaming orders like grown adults are her children and just being flat out RUDE. You can tell the staff is scared of her and guest are in shock at her response just asking for a simple straw which they are currently out of. Customer service is not for her don’t blame this on a bad day. She needs a serious attitude adjustment immediately. Everyone else was so great but my gosh I wouldn’t allow her to run my store.

I had the pleasure of meeting a new employee by the name Mariah at the Youree drive location.She did the most amazing job. I visit weekly and am aware of the standard that has been set and she did not disappoint. She will be a great ambassador for the chicken salad chick brand. Thank you for a job well done!

We ordered delivery from their website and it never arrived. The restaurant claims that it was delivered and told us to call doordash. We ordered from the restaurant's website and doordash was never involved on our end. This is on the restaurant and they've refused to make it right as they seem to think that it's somehow doordash's responsibility. I believe that we will ultimately end up having to perform a chargeback through the credit card company because the restaurant is dead set on keeping the money even though they failed to provide any food.
