They catered a company event for us and just went above and beyond. The District Manager personally brought the food, left her business card with her phone number, emphasized that if we needed anything to call or text, and made sure everything was perfect before leaving. I mean really incredible for catering. If you have a company event and need catering, highly recommended.

I have been dining at Chicken Salad Chick for a while. My elderly dad really enjoys the chicken salad in Houston, so I decided to pick up an order "to go" at this location while visiting Shreveport.I am not sure what's going on, but the manager, was very rude and disrespectful to the workers. I have never seen anyone degrade and abuse employees in the manner in which she did. Jenna is very unprofessional and it's obvious she enjoys bullying and using intimidation towards black workers. The workers are treated like third class citizens and I will not patronize any business that can'not treat hard working people with respect. I witnessed her yelling and using profanity towards the workers which should not be tolerated EVER!!!!I am definitely contacting the franchise owner, because her behavior is unacceptable.Taking my money back to Houston.

Very cool place, so many great chicken salad. Had the egg and sweet pickles on toasted bread. Very good. Wife had salad with dried cranberries. Enjoyed it. Love how the dining area is designed. Staff are friendly and helpful. Will be back!!!!

We had food delivered to work and many items were missing. When I called the store I was placed on very long holds due to it being busy and when I finally spoke to someone they were not willing to bring the food out nor are they trying to give a refund. They tried to make me go through DoorDash to get a delivery or my refund when I did not use DoorDash. DoorDash even stated it’s up to this location to fix THEIR mistake. Very poor business. First I was told she would get it delivered as well as coupons but it was a lie.

The to go process was simple enough. I ordered and sat on the bench with others waiting on to go orders. The staff lady asked if I was together with a black guy near me. I thought in 2023, those assumptions were dead. Guess not. Anyway, the chicken salad was delicious. The tomato basil soup tasted watery. It is normally very flavorful. It taste like it was being stretched. I was very disappointed in the soup taste this visit. But the chicken salad was amazing.

I have been to this bellmead location only three times and it has been horrible every time. First time the service and wait time was kinda rough but that wasn't a big deal people tend to get busy and things may be missed. The second time we came for dine in and we sat for 40 minutes before we had to get up and ask about our food which was sitting in the window the whole time. The third time we just said screw it and decided not to go in and to just order for curbside pick up. We wait 20 minutes past it's ready time and we ended up having to walk in and ask for it. When asking the woman working about our order she tells us it's not ready. We clearly see lots of orders out so we asked her if she could just double check. Yes it was our order just sitting, waiting. The lack of not only professionalism but time management is ridiculous. I've never had these issues at the bossier location. Pretty annoyed that I've had 3 meals ruined because people just can't seem to do their job properly. ✨

I was so excited to finally try this place. We got 2 chicken salad BLT’s to go, got home and we had little crumbles of bacon on the sandwiches with no tomato on either. Quite disappointed.
We had four in our party today for lunch. Fancy Nancy with Broccoli salad was so good.
