We went there for the 1st time and the food tasted good but the egg rolls were cold in the middle. For the next few days we were sick and nauseated. I believe we got a bad case of food poisoning from it. I believe it was in the egg rolls. It looked like they were understaffed . Make sure your food is cooked all the way. I'm not sure what kind of meat was in the egg roll but I think that was what made us sick. Thanks.

I went here for the first time based on a friend's suggestion and I must say the place is not up to par with their cleanliness and I also didn't eat the food after I got home the more I read the reviews it just did not sit well with me or my stomach!!!!! Will rather drive the extra miles for my food so be aware of that saying you get what you pay for!!! I want be going back RVER!!!!! And I asked for extra onion and she said $2.00 I looked at her like really are you delusional I can get a bag of onions with a $1.50 or $2.00 more never going BACK!!!!

Well we tried it again because we're looking for a good Chinese restaurant that's closer than Youree. The last two meals we got were not that great so this time we got two different meals. Unfortunately, these were not good either. The food here has an odd taste. I don't know what it is. Many dishes smell fishy, literally, which is an immediate turn off. This time we went the girl who takes the orders did have some of the attitude with me I've seen other reviewers write about. Food isn't good. The place is filthy. Attitude from staff. We won't be back. I really miss Pacific Pearl.

1 star for speed, 1 star for edible hot food. The space is not clean - floor & tables were dirty; it seems that they don't really clean it though there's barely any dine in customers (or customers in general). The service was OK, food was mediocre, price was on the higher side compared to the service & food I got. It will be suitable only if you want something super quick closer to this area.

I knocked off three stars from my previous review. I think they changed their source for their chicken. The last couple of times I went there the chicken was chewy and just awful.

I tried to order food from here and was talked to crazy and unprofessional by the lady that answered the phone. She was rude and spoke to me as if I were illiterate and lacked the knowledge to know that the shrimp fried rice was an extra $3 with an entree. There was a language barrier and I was very nice as I asked her about an entree and a side order of shrimp fried rice and tried to get the order together for my dad. I had to call twice for my father and upon the second call she was condescending, and tacky and said, “the shrimp fried rice is $3, do you NOT understand!?” I was so offended that I hung up the phone and refuse to EVER get food from there for my father of anyone else. It’s a shame that people talk to others like this and they should be trained for their horrible customer service. You don’t treat people like this and will lose customers because of it. Shameful and disgusting!!

I was trying to order food for my father and was spoken to with such disdain that I was forced to hang the phone up. Due to the language barrier I called twice and even apologized for calling back for a second time. I knew that the lady over the phone had an attitude and refused to have one back. As I asked her about the orange chicken entree and the side of shrimp fried rice she proceeded to say, "it's $3, do you NOT understand?!" I was taken aback and disgusted by her nasty and unruly attitude. I will never order food from there again and will also tell others about my very bad experience with this restaurant that is over priced and now has a lady with a bad attitude over the phone. Don't speak to people like they're dumb or you won't have much of a business when the customers stop coming. I guess when they feel like they can talk to people any kind of way, but I'm going to leave a review and let the people know how unethical it was to speak with someone that doesn't think much for customers to speak in that tone.

First time eating here. And everything was hot and fresh, the sesame chicken was good but a tad to sweet for my taste. Customer service was awesome we'll definitely be back again when in the area. Oh and the Pompeo platter was so delicious!
