Chuck Wagon Crawfish

Very good flavor you can smell the seasoning they use when walking through the door . The sausage was spicy, and the liquid gold dipping sauce is now my favorite for crab and shrimp. I didn't try their crawfish, but I'm pretty sure they are good if they use the same seasoning they used for their crab and shrimp .

Front of the house was fantastic! The staff was very kind. As well the bathroom was clean. I ordered 10lbs of crawfish with fixings. I have one question - chef who hurt you? The crawfish was clean and soft shelled. The seasoning was WAY over done. I hosted a party of 12 people. None of the kids would eat it. I could only eat 1/4 pd before tapping out do the the spicy and over lemoned flavor. I ate over 3 hours ago and can still taste lemon.

Ordered online to go & added a tip when I got there my family wanted to come and dine in and I was told I could not eat there if I did pick up!!! All I wanted was a tray and to sit.. Will not come back & you missed out on 5 other people spending money .. i was the only one who ordered online & they wanted to eat in & were on the way I came alone the place was empty was denied being able to sit & the company is rude in the comment back

Idk what happened here. Never waited an hour for crawfish. Ordered online, still had a long wait. Got the text at 6:35 that our order was ready, stood there inside for over 30 min while people ordering in the store kept getting food before ours. How do you say my order is ready then proceed to take new orders & give them their food before ours? Whatever you do, don’t waste your time ordering online because it only makes things worse.

I usually get my crawfish to go & it is the best & service is great! I dined in last Saturday & service was excellent & the roast beef poboy was amazing! My grandson loved the catfish! Highly recommend 20/10!

The first time I came here it was during the week and the service was great! This is the second time I’ve come here on the weekend (Sunday)and the service is TRASH! I sat at the bar area waiting for a waitress that NEVER came to even take a drink order(roughly 25min). They weren’t even busy. A customer should not have to flag down a waitress or ask who is their server EVER time they come to dine. I’m sure my comment will mean nothing to management but you should develop a better system when assigning seating. You have people like myself who want to patronize but the customer service isn’t matching the food.

they have people who work their they don't not know how to talk to people ,they don't clean off table ,and floor it is not clean at all bathrooms trashed poor place the owner should not be a owner

Poor excuse for customer service. I have no idea why people wait in line for over 1 hour to place a to go order. This place could be so much better. The food is awesome. However, the customer service is nonexistent
