they have people who work their they don't not know how to talk to people ,they don't clean off table ,and floor it is not clean at all bathrooms trashed poor place the owner should not be a owner

Poor excuse for customer service. I have no idea why people wait in line for over 1 hour to place a to go order. This place could be so much better. The food is awesome. However, the customer service is nonexistent

Waited 20 minutes for food considered side orders. Once received this how many fries came with the fries and Queso priced at 6.99! Very disappointed.

My experience at Chuck Wagon Crawfish was awesome. Their new menu offers a large variety of great food. Everything that everyone in my group got was amazing. Fried pickles to turkey necks to fried catfish. It all was amazing. The service and hospitality were top notch. I encourage everyone to come by and try the great food.

I recently visited Chuck Wagon and I was sorely disappointed of the shrimps and potatoes I purchased. The shrimp were bland and small. I would have enjoyed better shrimp if I went to Brookshire's and had them to steam them.

Crawfish was great! I was so happy to locate crawfish since my city stopped serving at the beginning of June. The crawfish was a great size and taste. Will definitely visit again.

The BEST ctawfish in the Shreveport/Bossier area. They are full of flavor and big. And that liquid gold is addictive. I could eat their crawfish every day.
