I think this is for the youree and pines rd stores but I will be the one to advocate and say the 2.99 deal does not specify specific days to change it to Monday-Friday only is such a bad move in my eyes the deal was made to help while the government shutdown and it’s only for 1 month. I know the corporations have to make their money but with the magnitude of people I’m sure funding wasn’t an issue kinda sad a good thing is being limited when all days should be honored! Very disappointed.

If you want all the food to be out when you get there, do not rush to get here. Currently sitting here fifteen minutes AFTER opening and they have nothing but pizza and cheese sticks out. No noodles, no sauce, NOTHING! If you do not enjoy sauceless cheese sticks (who does?), do not get here early! These people here have ZERO punctuality, being on time means not a thing to them.

The store is kept clean. Sure, they get busy and might be a dirty table or two for a minute, but they do a great job keeping up with it !
Is easy to find - even if you are just passing thru on I-20. It's right there on Pines Road.

Placed an online order to assure a timely pick up. Get to the store and there is no employee in sight. I say hello a few times & I don't see not one employee. I sit down and wait for 3 to 4 minutes. Still no employees. I can hear cooks in the back- I say hello yet no one comes to the front, so I decided to fix me a slice of pizza and sit down and wait-still, no one , even after I finished my pizza. I decided to call the store phone and a young lady appears from the back and answers the phone. I ask if my order is ready, she realizes that I am the one sitting at the table that she's talking to- thr order was ready, however, Was not as fresh as it would have been had I not had to wait 10 to 12 minutes on assistance. The store was slow, only A party of three was dining in- The customer service was not what I'd expect after having a customer. Wait for no apparent reason for 15 minutes to pick up a Online pre-order.

Fast service but the only thing I couldn’t get over is the eating area, there are two sections and only one was clean the other had cups and plates on the ground 7-8 tables were dirty and the waste bins have been filled and instead of cleaning during the slow hours one lady sat down and ate wings. Then the cook had to cook the pizzas and by the end of lunch clean the tables by himself.
The food that was available in the salad bar, pasta bar, soup, pizza buffet and dessert bar was delicious. We ordered two personal pizzas. One the bbq chicken (so good) but NEVER received the Mac and cheese pizza (asked several times too. Our grandchildren were so disappointed. As we were cleaning our table we were told oh we forgot to make it. Really? How did you forget when you asked you three times about the pizza? Might want to change the sign in the dining room …. Just saying.

The experience was actually top notch I came in and expecting mediocre service but instead I was agreed it with excitement and a person that loves their job The food was good and the service was top notch they really did steal the show as far as the trip went because the water park did not go well but if you want pizza this is the place to go for the area the staff will all makes it worthwhile and with nearly 13 million views you are now a superstar

Ok t...we talking about CCs in Louisiana NOT Texas... don't get it twisted because CCs in Marshall, Texas is A1 the one in Marshall gets 5stars all the way!! BUUUT... tha one we went to in Shreveport last week was NITHING like that one in Marshall...from that food to tha service it was SOOO bad that it made my stomachs hurt!! TOO young kids, my bad, EMPLOYEES that had no clue, no experience, and seem like no training because I asked a simple question and it took 3 of them to concur and after about 10 minutes of deliberation they finally decided to ask the manager WHOEVER THAT WAS BECAUSE I NEVER SAW HIM OR HER and finally came up with the simple answer to my simple question of which they questioned up until I walked out the door feeling like, DAMN, I COULDA HAD A V-8!!! ...just saying...
