Closed an hour early on a Friday night . What a shame we had a crew to feed from a wrestling tournament . Missed out on money. All while employee looked at us through the window . Thankfully we are from out of town and this is not our regularly visited pizza place

Cleanest dining room and nicest staff in the area. The workers go above and beyond to make your visit memorable. We dined in and each staff member spoke with us during our visit. Swing by the Pines Road CiCi's, you won't be sorry.
Quick stop for a bite. They always have a good salad and plenty of choices on the buffet.

We went there to eat because the kids were out of school. We walked in there were quite a few families, as expected-school is out. It was cold in there. I wasn't the only one saying it was cold (this was enough for me to leave). There were dirty tables. We go to the buffet, no pizza, burnt cheese sticks. We waited for pizza, went to the buffet... flies, flies, flies. Nope, let's go. We left.
I don't recommend this CiCis. I'll go to Youree Drive next time.

ToGo orders are not priority here. Dine In for the buffet seems okay but don't order online and expect anyone to make the order. Worse cinnamon rolls we've ever witnessed from a Cicis.

Went here for the first time today. The lady at the register told the tips given at time of payment went to the younger employees. Rolled here eyes and said she is considered management and doesn't get any of the tip we left. It was off putting and not necessary. We were there about 30 minutes and the whole time she walked around holding the side of her stomach. Told my husband what, is she holding in a hernia?

The reason I did not rate this.A straight five across the board is because the prices have gotten ridiculous. It should not cost nearly twenty one.Dollars to feed two people, a buffet with waters.
