some of the worst service I have ever seen. Havent been to Copelands in over 10 years and I can see havent missed anything. The front desk ignored us,, then when we told her how many -- she walked off. Came back and asked how many? Memory problems. Told us 20 min wait-- there were 8 table/booths with NO ONE sitting there. We waited- I asked who appeared to be the manager why we waited with all the empty tables-- he said -- he had a table with 20 people and could sit anyone else in this area. I sit down . turn my head and count 12 at this "table of 20". So a group of 12 people brought the restraunt to its knees unable to sit anyone else. I should have walked out,, but wont make same decision to step foot in there again.

brunch is the best..try the chicken and waffles and add honey butter on the side..this is my favorite place to eat period
Alex was the best and most sincere waiter I e had in a while good laugh keep it serious gunna come back thanks to him

Our Server Alex was super nice, and opening about the food options! Place was super clean and presentable! Definitely a great place to eat out with your family! Let them Wear the costumes for the kids tomorrow!!
