The sandwiches here are good, and they Humphrey's are amazing. I usually get no banana or grape. Just get pineapple, blueberry, strawberry, plus the regular topings

employees were nice, dining area felt unwelcoming and they were playing like christian pop music or something idek. you could easily make the sandwiches at home and their ingredients really aren't anything special. overpriced for what it is.
again no shade to the employees they did their jobs exactly like they were supposed to. the food is just boring, not their fault.
if you work a food service job, trust it's not worth your tip money. make that sandwich at home baby, i promise it'll be better.
maybe the froyo's good though. i would try it but i don't wanna spend more money there.

Honesty Matters
I love their Humphreys but today I ordered a $9 smoked turkey sandwich. Although it was tasty, it's wayyyy overpriced and did not include cheese on the sandwich. Customer service is always great but please work on a more gourmet sandwich.

Hi so I went today to get some frozen yogurt and asked for a chocolate with walnuts. And received a vanilla with walnuts. That was not the issue because I know people make mistakes or maybe I thought I said chocolate out loud and simply didn’t. I kindly asked if I could get a chocolate instead of the vanilla(while still in the store at the counter) and the lady at the cash register rudely took it and said well you didn’t say chocolate. Now I could understand her frustration if I was rude about it in the first place but she was just rude overall.

Just a warning. They won’t honor any gift card you purchase there. Definitely do not buy one you won’t be able to use it there. Manager wasn’t on duty When I had them call her she hung up on me when I tried to register my complaint. Very poor management and customer service. .

My dasher delivered my food quickly 15 mins prior to the expected time. My bags arrived secured they were stapled across the top . I was pleased to see 👀 that . I ordered two fruit cups and two tuna salad wraps one wheat the other spinach . The staff took the time to label 🏷 the containers for each wrap. Presentation 💯 food was good 👍🏽 Very happy 😊

I would leave fewer stars if it were an option! My to go order was not only wrong, there were 2 hairs in one of the sandwiches. When I called, the manager was rude from the start and argued with me about why one of the orders was done incorrectly “because she did it herself”. Nobody cares who makes the food…just get it right and work on your customer service and hygiene…although it won’t apply to me because we won’t go back.
Well I must say, I did not enjoy this one bit. So you all know I love love love salad. I am the salad girl. So after TKR physical therapy today. I was right down the street and sa8d let me get the Trio Salad. Nasty. Tuba was too fishy, chicken was I don't even know how to describe. The egg was wow. You know the plate will be EMPTY. IT'S RIGHT WHERE YOU SEE IT. Very very disappointed. Will not be eating that again from there....$13 wasted. Tomatoes were ok. You know how you eat to say I'm not wasting my money. Not the case. No ma'am.
