I would leave fewer stars if it were an option! My to go order was not only wrong, there were 2 hairs in one of the sandwiches. When I called, the manager was rude from the start and argued with me about why one of the orders was done incorrectly “because she did it herself”. Nobody cares who makes the food…just get it right and work on your customer service and hygiene…although it won’t apply to me because we won’t go back.

Well I must say, I did not enjoy this one bit. So you all know I love love love salad. I am the salad girl. So after TKR physical therapy today. I was right down the street and sa8d let me get the Trio Salad. Nasty. Tuba was too fishy, chicken was I don't even know how to describe. The egg was wow. You know the plate will be EMPTY. IT'S RIGHT WHERE YOU SEE IT. Very very disappointed. Will not be eating that again from there....$13 wasted. Tomatoes were ok. You know how you eat to say I'm not wasting my money. Not the case. No ma'am.

Humphrey was good, but service was terrible. Only one table of two were even in the Youree location about 5:10, but they totally forgot about our order. Another couple arrived, ordered, and were served when I finally got up and ask about my order. They quickly got it prepared, but were unapologetic for he lapse.

I'm never coming back. READ YOUR RECEIPT! Didn't honor the discount, wrong order, and order partially filled. Today, Monday around 4:45pm, They just had a shift change and the African lady had a sweet smile but her service was very disappointing. I ordered two plain 32oz quarts and two plain medium yogurt. As soon as I paid, I mentioned the happy hour discount for half off the second order humrey yogurt. She indicated it was too late since I already paid & it's only for the humfrey. On my receipt, she charged me two humfreys! She then asked me if she can do my order according to the receipt. No, because it didn't even calculate the discount. I just asked for the credit difference. When I got home, one of the quart ice cream was 80% filled, that's at least a cup missing. Maybe it was a mistake but I'm left speechless. Very sad that I won't be coming back. Tea Mochi would be a tastier treat.
I can't stress enough the fact that everyone should try their Humphrey Yogurt! It is the most delicious yogurt ice cream you will have in Shreveport. My favorite is with just strawberries, granola, and honey. I usually order it to go so I haven't spend much time in the restaurant but they always provide a fast service.

Placed an order at 10:00 for 11:45 pickup, 20 minutes plus, still waiting. Lady in the back got an attitude and yelled that there was a hold in the kitchen. Overheard her say multiple times that “that order is just going to have to wait” and they can “get a refund, I don’t care anymore”. Not sure whose order it was in reference to, but very unprofessional. $200 order for an office

Great customer service as always from Counter Culture! Staff was very friendly and recommended great options on what to eat! Pecan parfait was AMAZING with fresh strawberries and smooth yogurt.

Poor service. Girl behind counter dropped a cup on the floor, then picked it up and gave it to the customer in front of me. After she paid, they informed her the fountain drink station had no ice. I ordered a humphrey yogart and was left waiting for 20 minutes. Then four customers ordered after me. The fourth one ordered a humphrey and the lady behind the counter made it for her right then. Will never come to this location again. Also called and spoke with the owner, who said the girl never acted like that before, so she’s not worried about it. So nothing will be done.
