I had recently heard of big changes at Cracker Barrel restaurants. I am pleased to see now that things are back. Same great people same great food same great atmosphere

Service was decent enough I guess, but my order somehow didn't print to the kitchen or was never put in and after waiting for my food for over 20 minutes the manager finally came out to let me know what had happened and that they were fixing my order now. After another 10 minutes my food finally arrived. 30mins after ordering. My over medium eggs were over easy, the bacon was over cooked, and the cinnamon French toast was almost inedible, and would've put a diabetic on a comma. As a former employee I expected of the company I expected more. There was no discount given for the delay or anything said to me by my waiter. I will try somewhere else next time I'm in Bossier City/Shreveport.

Minus 100 for score! Absolutely the worst dining experience of my entire life. First of all the place wasn’t busy but took 2 hours to dine. They were “out of everything “ including butter ! No sense of urgency. All employees were lazy . My son’s steak was so rare he had to order fish . All sides were cold and were clearly leftovers from the day . It ruined my desire to ever visit a Cracker Barrel again. I’m sure I’ll get the usual response “ this makes us sad , let us know how we can make it better” but the only fix is to fire everyone and start over including the manager . Clearly nobody working there cares about providing good food or service

Only giving a star because we have to. Literally waited an hour for our food before just walking out. Server checked on us once. Terrible service.

Out server, Jeramie, was probably the best restaurant experience I've had all year. He was quick, knowledgeable, and his smile was sincere. And the food was great as always.

I bought freeze dried candy at CB on 11.23.2025 and it was not freeze dried at all. It wasn't crunchy or dissolved in your mouth. It was very chewy and tasted sour, though I had bought the sweet flavor. I returned it the same day I bought and I was told I can't return food items. The manager and staff were very rude about it. They if I had opened the package and of course I did or how else would I know the candy was bad. What a stupid question.

Ordered Xmas dinner sides. Place must be under new management., Very unorganized. Okay. Update. I guess we want be having our usual turkey dinner. Cracker barrel did not put our order in. So third trip up here, no food and trying to get refund. I want be doing it again.

The holiday fried turkey plate was the bomb!! The prices were good! I spent just a little more than going out to a fast food restaurant, but there was way more food, and it was way better. It's going to be a new addition to my holiday menu! The service was perfect, it was fast and everything came out delicious! The atmosphere was energetic and layed back!
