We get the bayou vermilion with etouffee and it is the best I’ve had. Ask for it a little crispier than normal.
Was at an event they catered. It was very unorganized. Food was not worth what was charged.
Unprofessional. Horrible food. No official contract. Then tried to over charge me day of the event on the remaining balance.

Horrible, HORRIBLE food.. This company charged my brothers alot of money for less than subpar food. There was a specific order for chicken alfredo and it was cold and clumpy and tasteless & no garlic bread. They paid for prime rib and got the thinnest, most fatty ribeyes if thats even what it was. Side were literally au gratin potatos out of a box and veggie blend that was mush. Workers had to use our grill and was not prepared to cook and complained the whole time. They were drinking from our open bar and they paid nearly $5K and then upon completion of our event they were seen grilling Filet mignon for the employee’s or himself and his wife. Worst ever experience so choose who you expect to cater any event before choosing this company. Super disappointed.
I went to my friend's wedding celebration on Saturday May 18th. The food was horrible. The service was terrible and unorganized. The caterers showed up almost an hour late. It was overpriced and not worth what we got. They made fake prime rib on my friend's grill, didn't bring their own equipment. We had no salad tongs, spoon for the dressing and everything was very scatter brained. They gave out scraps of paper with other people's names on them asking what you ordered, cooked "the meat" for people that had already been served, and were unprofessional when asked questions. I had a hair in my chicken Alfredo which definitely was not my hair. The potatoes tasted like they came from a box. They left the food outside and left. Overall, it was terrible. I wouldn't recommend. Wish I could give 0 stars.
I was at a wedding reception this past weekend that this company catered. The happy couple was devastated that the food they ordered was not the food that was served to their guests. I tried their chicken alfredo, spring vegetables and potatoes. The chicken alfredo was overcooked (hard chicken, pasta so soft it was mushy, and the alfredo sauce had no seasoning or taste), the potatoes were hard and bland, and the vegetables were overcooked (even though the carrots were the only thing I tried that tasted good). I do not eat red meat, but I saw what they were calling prime rib, and it looked nothing like it.The beef looked sickly. It was a lovely wedding, but it was not anywhere close to wedding reception quality. For the money spent, I feel like the couple were swindled.
6k on catering that was not what was ordered, overcooked, undercooked and inedible food for a wedding. The poor couple was so embarrassed at the food that was served to their guests.
They catered the wedding we went to this past weekend. I got the prime rib which was essentially a thin cut slice of meat. That was nothing like you would expect for prime rib. The chicken pasta that my wife got was overcooked and cold. The potatoes were still raw, and when I showed the lady who is serving them, she told me that I must not be from Louisiana because that’s Cajun style. The salad look like it have been sitting in a fridge for three days. I’m not sure who’s been their reviews, but this is a honest one.
The food that was catered to the wedding we attended was awful. The chicken Alfredo pasta was over cooked and flavorless, the potatoes were undercooked, the salad was wilted and the “prime rib” was inedible. Very poor service.

If I could leave zero stars I would. They catered my friend’s wedding reception. They were extremely unorganized. Had us write down on papers what we were eating and our name? The chicken Alfredo pasta was disgusting. Dry and peppery and there was a hair in one of my others friend’s food. Also the scalloped potatoes? Or cheesy potatoes? Whatever they were tasted like they were from a box. They were very hard and chewy. The veggies were the only good thing to be honest. They were supposed to have prime rib. They brought some kind of meat but it was so not prime rib. It was stringy and disgusting. They also cooked it on the grill at the house when they got there. I could not believe it. How unprofessional! Also they had a Cesar salad. They did not bring any utensils to serve it and the salad dressing was in a cup without utensils as well. It was all very strange. They paid almost 6 thousand dollars for this and it was probably the worst catered food and unorganized mess I have ever had. I feel so bad for them. They were so embarrassed. Below is a picture of the pasta and potatoes that I just could not eat because they were disgusting. The only thing I ate all of was the veggies.
