Called 4 times before anyone answered and they answered with hello didn't know who or what business it was unprofessional.
Arrived at 7:40 and the doors were locked they said they closed at 8:00 so why would they have the inside clised. Rude at drive through

Every time I come here it is so good!!!!!!! Everyone is so friendly and I really appreciate this location. I drive 30 minutes just to come to this location because it’s always good… And always remember when you see a bad review, consider the source those are people that typically leave bad reviews for lots of places… This place is so good right on every time please try it…

Food was cold and nasty, I never eat there again cold food and dry really? They should get no star. Drive through person was rude they have two different prices at the drive through then the price, it is 5 dollar difference

The manager here is always so rude. She really acts like she does not want to work, like she’s mad because I ordered food. Not professional at all. I shouldn’t have to feel like I’m doing something wrong because I want to get lunch

I go here when I am on that side of town.
I guess it's kinda good there is not one closer to my house anymore - I do love a good ice cream !!

This place is easy to find right on Mansfield Rd. You have Tractor Supply, Wally, Sldi, Panda Express , and other places right here. Do your shopping then get you a bite to eat !!

The store is always clean, as is the parking lot.
There is an outside area - weather permitting. It is covered, but the summers here can be pretty hot 😁

I usually get ice cream. It's always been delightful and exactly as expected.

The employees range from good to great. Over the years it's usually been great, but occasionally not so great - as with any store.

Over all, we'll keep going there when we're on that side of town !!

I only eat here once in a blue moon and I remember why today there 11.00 chickens trip box is smaller then a waterburger kid meat about 4 chicken strip the side of a finger and 15 fries ,I guess I keep it with 2 visits a year

I visited this Dairy Queen at the usual dinner hours between 6-7pm and ordered at the drive through. It was a little busy but quick and easy to order when we got to the speaker. We paid and got our receipt at the window. After looking over the receipt everything was correct. But we got all the way home when we realized that the chicken sandwich I ordered was not chicken. But instead a fish sandwich. And the large meals we paid for, were given to us as medium even though we paid the extra money. It was very disappointing considering everything on the receipt was in fact how we ordered it. But the meals were the wrong size and we were given a completely different sandwich than we ordered. Just sucks to pay money for things you don’t receive.

Sometimes you just need some DQ.

So on every visit the staff was unfriendly. They acted as if I was disturbing them. On the most recent visit, they have me buttered bread (not toast) and the fries smelled like fish. I won't be back
