Best pho in town!
Update 2022: they're down to one sever for the whole place so it takes forever to eat in, and they lie about takeout times - say 10 mins but stuck waiting 30 mins. Im a regular at Phams now.
Update 2024: they're back up and running smoothly and the food is still delicious. Best pho in town!

With prices on par with Washington DC rates, I wish their vegetarian dishes had more veggies. Specifically, their fresh veggie only had tofu, iceberg lettuce and rice noodles in them, and lacked aromatics (Thai Basil, mint, cilantro) and veggies such as bean sprouts, carrots, jicama). The veggie fried rice had just peas and carrots in it and could've used the usual veggies I am used to; cabbage, carrots, broccoli, green onion. Their food is a bit salty with good sauce/flavor...

Update 2025: Had their AC/humidity fixed, food is still great as always, would definitely recommend visiting if you haven't in a while!
