Oh my goodness!! Dillas is my new fave place in Shreveport for gluten free foods! I have Celiac disease and had no reaction. I had a gluten free chicken quesadilla that I added veggies to. My friend orders the Black & Blue. Also had the fries and hatch queso. Definitely recommend whether you are gluten free or not!Vegetarian options: They have Salads and veggies for quesadilla. Not sure about cheese options.Dietary restrictions: Best gluten free tortillas I've ever tasted! All quesadillas can be made gluten free.

I received queso and chips in the drive thru when I ordered a regular quesadilla with two sides and a drink. The restaurant failed to answer multiple phone calls. I paid cash. I doubt I get a refund at this point. Obviously management isn’t working the evening shift or they’re ineffective.

I drove through to get great tasting tea, and advised my regular cashier that I could no longer have the quesadillas because I must be gluten-free. She was sweet enough to share with me that I do have that option for any quesadilla. So I drove back through and placed another order!Vegetarian options: Veggies for days! Lots of options with beans, vegetables, herbs, and salsa/sauces.Dietary restrictions: Gluten-free option and build your own option allows you to customize for medical restrictions.

Dillas has been my go-to for lunch for a few years now. Both locations in Shreveport are great, but the one on Bert Kouns is the one I go to most. They are always fast and accurate with my order and it's nice to just have something different offered in the "fast food" world. Highly recommend.

The customer service was excellent and the food was delicious! ?
Make sure to get here early!! ? Walked in at 8:46 pm and could not even place “to-go” order even though they close at 9 pm. Was told the grill was shut down (even though cars were in drive-thru) Incredibly disappointing as we (and our church family) eat here weekly. Was actually meeting group here who already had ordered minutes before. I understand people wanting to leave on time but they probably don’t need to work in the food service industry.
