Ordered a delivery pizza .... one and a half hours later it's still sitting in "quality check." I have attempted to call the store to cancel the order, as it's now almost 11 pm and we need to go to bed. They keep hanging up on me! Total classlessness. Infuriating.

Use this Dominos all the time. Tried something new today. Boneless chicken. They were given to me burnt. I drove through drive through again and handed. Them back and asked for them to be remade. Guy at window took them to someone else and she stated that’s how they came because they come with cheese and it burns. Wow. Refused to remake them.

These workers are incompetent and can’t read. Left explicit instructions on where to deliver the pizza. Claimed they called and texted me, while i have no missed calls and no texts. They’ll hang up in your face without properly helping the situation or allowing you to talk to anyone that can help. Crazy how I’ve ordered from here before with the same delivery instructions with no issues until now.

Mary? The manager ??? Come on now how are u rude but wanna keep your job ive never in my life heard one of you guys say that we had to come to you for our food whats the point of delivery? Just because you didnt wanna walk up my steps ? Thats lazy its not a problem to come to you but to be rude and say i didnt give you guys my apartment number when i definitely did and even told you what my doormat said on it to be specific and you call me being all types of rude because youd rather a paying customer come get their delivery from your personal car than you walking your big ass up a few flights of steps is absolutely crazy . Never again!!!!

Very rude staff , this is the second time I've got a pizza from this place and the lady that wears glasses slammed the drive thru window in my face after saying "WE AINT GOT NO CHANGE FOR THAT" i also asked for the manager number they refused to give me the information so that I can call on her. She is a poor representation of dominoes and needs discipline actions or to be fired because her attitude is unruly ! Also it's public information to ask for corporate or an manager number a buisness never suppose to refuse this information

waited for almost an hour for my order and didn't hear anything. Apparently I missed a call from them. they did not deliver my food so I called the store. The man who answered said that since I did not answer my phone when they called, they just decided to bring the pizza back to the store and that I could come pick it up. I told the man that I have never had that experience when ordering from Domino's. He proceeded to hang up on me. When I called back a woman answered, and I asked her if I could speak to the manager, and she said this was her, and then proceeded to be extremely rude to me, she said she canceled my order and then hung up on me again. I called back for a third time, the same lady answered and she told me that it would be 5 to 10 business days for a refund on my order and they did not offer me any thing to help resolve my issue. They were both extremely rude. I feel like that was the most unprofessional, worst service I've ever experienced at a store ever in my entire life. that’s not an understatement.
