One of the problems with this location is that they mark the order as "Ready" in the app ten minutes before it's actually done being cooked, so you end up with a line of fruatrated drivers just parked at the drive thru wondering what the hold up is. I guess the practice is supposed to make their internal metrics look better to the bean counters, and upsetting the customers is just the incidental byproduct.

Ordered on uber eats and canceled my order because they don’t want to deliver the pizza if you don’t want to deliver maybe y’all should let a uber eats driver deliver

Ordered two medium pizzas for delivery and have been waiting for an hour and a half by now when the text said that it came out of the oven at 1122 pm I called and they said it be the next one out and here it is after 1240am the next day pizza is super cold and not even how I asked for like how do you not keep food hot at the store when it's been sitting out for over an hour passed the delivery time

I ordered 3 thin and Crispy pepperoni pizzas and 1 hand tossed pepperoni with a garlic cheese sticks and my order came wrong I got all hand tossed pizzas I spend to much money with this place I'm very upset and need a refund my kids won't eat this very upset

I had the most horrible experience ever at this location tonight . The food was burnt and hard. When i called to report it , the manager , Susan, was very rude , uncaring , and hung up in my face. If this is how you treat your customers , I no longer want to be a customer !

An hour late and unpleasant delivery driver. Didn't say oh sorry I'm so late or we are super busy. Lovely girl didn't say nothing. You don't like your job find another. Shreveport workforce be unmotivated. People just don't care anymore.
