Waited almost an hour for my delivery of medium pizza.

I ordered my food online. My tracker said that it was ready. I went to the store. My pizza was not ready. They had cooked pepperoni, pizzas, and no cheese. They didn’t bother to tell me that my pizza wasn’t ready she just told them that they made all pepperoni and no cheese pizzas . I assume the manager started making my pizza because she started asking me over her shoulder did I asked for extra sauce and light cheese. I told her yes. I then asked if it would be 10 to 15 minutes before the food would be ready. she shook her head and said no it’ll be seven minutes . It was 18 minutes after that before I got my food . There was not so much as a “sorry “ or “have a good day.” They kinda acted like it was my fault that they messed up.

I use to order dominos at least once a week for my pizza fix but it got so bad with them messing up the order at this location so I stopped. After several mths I figured I would try again and to my surprise they still mess up the order. I have a simple order. Half pepperoni/hamburger, well done with no Garlic because that crap is horrible on a pizza. Well my wife picked up my pizza and brought it home. It had garlic all over the pizza & the pizza was not well done. In fact the crust was not cooked good it was soft and feel apart when I picked it up. I had to put the pizza in an air fryer for 10 more mins just to try to make edible. Man I wish this management cares about their customers.

This place is always my go-to spot—it's so close, and they usually have my order ready in just minutes! One time when I went to pick up my order, a friendly woman apologized, saying they had just put it in the oven, so she gave us free lava cakes!

Another time, the pizza wasn’t made very well by a new worker. I called the store, and they asked me to bring it back. When I arrived, I spoke with the MOD and cashier. Not only did they give me an amazing remake, but they also gave me $10 off my next order!

I ordered my pizza at 8;30 it's almost 10 and I still haven't received my food and when I called right at an hour they said mine was next to go out and still haven't gotten my food who wants cold ass pizza and hit cokes can't say because of the size of the orde it's one med pizza with 2 cokes and I was going to tip cash but not now

Let me start off by saying the young lady that servered me was really nice. However I stayed in the drive thru for 5 mins & she looked at me twice & never even came to the window. So I had to honk my horn to get her attention.Now here is the issue. I have loved Domino's since I was a kid because the pizza was so good. But over the last 10yrs the quality has went down a lot. And the last few yrs it's been horrible.

I have ordered at least 20pizzas the last few yrs & I would say at least 18 of my pizzas were horrible. I just left dominos about 15mins ago to pick up a pizza. However this is my last time. I just unsubscribed from their email as well.

This is the 5th time in a row where my pizza was not fully cooked & not even sliced properly all the way thru. I had to go home recook the pizza & recut the pizza. I showed the young ladywho helped me & she said oh well are training new people. No. It's been like this for a few yrs now when the bad quality of pizza

I even started ordering my pizza well done hoping they would fully cook my pizza. Nope. As soon as you pick up a slice it falls apart because the dough is so thin & under cooked. I grew up on Dominos but it's clear the company is in a bad spot & not worth spending my money on.

Also I would suggest for anyone ordering Domino's especially for pick is to not pay until you have viewed your pizza. It's that bad!

I placed an order for a pan pizza these people left off the pizza sauce . It was straight cheese and bread & meat ! I called them and told them and the man was like they only put a thin layer of sauce on pan made pizzas … even though I get the pan made pizza every time I order and it’s never this dry there was little no sauce on our pizza and they refused to fix it .
