This happens at multiple dominoes for some reason. But the only reason I like eating dominoes pizza is because of the garlic butter crust. I don’t understand how hard it is to read like 5 instructions about ONE pizza. So 2 things wrong with my order. No garlic crust, and whoever cut the pizza doesn’t know how to evenly cut one.

Hands down the worst experience! I made an order to be delivered.. 3 hrs later I call to see what the problem was and the girl on the phone claimed the driver came this way and called me several times but I didn't answer so her brought my stuff back to the store. I DIDNT HAVE A SINGLE PHONE CALL! I told her that and asked for my delivery fee back and she rudely told me that it wasn't happening cause he drove out here and I told her that I didn't get a single call or my order so that's not him doing his job. I had to drive to the store get my stuff just to get home and realize they didn't even give me everything. Ugh!!!!! I won't be back to this particular store. They are awful.

I ordered food online last night to pick up. I get to location to pick it up I am told they don't have a order for me. Me thinking it's my fault I didn't send it right I try to redo the order with the girl at the window . She tells me she is not allowed to take a orderay the window I have to come in. I pulled yo the side pulled up my order and tried to resubmit. The system would not work so I backed up to window to the employee and asked if they were not taking orders to show her she was very rude so was her manager the tool my order. Boy do I wish I would went somewhere else. The food was horrible.. I ordered asta the pasta was dry very little sauce the pizza mostly crust very little sauce. It was so hot with jalPenos it burned your mouth I didn't order jalapenos on any of it. The employees attitudes was horrific from get goo should just not ordered there . The night cree is terrible .do yourself a favor ho somewhere else.

Why is this location rated so low? Garbage! They deliver to hotels and the surrounding area. I didn't receive a receipt on delivery and was told I would have to come to the store to get a receipt. If I wanted to drive to the store, I would have ordered pick up, but I did. Terrible management. The lady even hung up on me when I asked for the receipt to be delivered to me (1 minute after delivery)

This has to be the absolute worst Dominos in the country. I ordered a pizza, mind you I was staying in a hotel 2 miles away. Three hours later nothing. I called the restaurant twice within the first hour of ordering after I received a notice stating that the driver was there, nothing!!! Employees are extremely rude and in professional and pizza was disgusting and cold. Their excuse was we only got one driver, well that’s not my problem. I demand my money back and I will never eat at another Dominos again especially in Shreveport
