Tasty and affordable tacos. Came during lunch time, it was not busy at all. Had the Baja Slim Tacos. They're not spicy, the beans are tasteless. They really stuff the taco. Fresh tortillas. Wasn't a fan of the Salsa verde (because its not spicy). But the chips & salsa are great. The red salsa is so delicious.Food comes out fast. I like that you order first and then pick a table. Nice atmosphere.Friendly staff, somewhat clean enough bathroom. Would definitely return to try the burritos next time.

It's so rare to see a restaurant give back to its community. Every Christmas don juanz decorates beautifully and, without getting political, coordinates a Salvation Army Angel Tree where customers can pull a child's Christmas wish-list off the tree and fulfill a dream. They had me at the Angel Tree, but they also make great tacos too. These pacific rim tacos with seared sushi-grade tuna are a work of art and taste as good as they look. The world needs more Don Juanz.

Don juanz ambiance struck a perfect balance between cabo and comfort. Everything we tried was spot on, combining traditional Mexican flavors with a Cali twist. The standout features are the margaritas - each was a unique blend of creativity and classic taste. The staff was attentive and knowledgeable. In summary, The Mi Casa Slim organic margarita and the perfectly prepped frozen margaritas with the circle of REAL prickly pear puree delivers an exceptional fusion of taste making this place a premier dining destination.

This place is never a disappointment. Great food and drinks, friendly service, awesome atmosphere. The baja shrimp tacos with Gulf caught shrimp rock and I love that they use wild-caught seafood instead of farm raised seafood.

Shreveport is lucky to have a Don juanz. Make sure you get the chipotle chicken tacos with freshly made tortillas, they're amazing. Such an awesome atmosphere overall.
