We ordered 2 large French Vanilla Iced Coffees. The young man could not comprehend what we were asking. 4 times we repeated our order. 9 bucks for 2 large bitter, iced coffee with cream only. Very disappointed 😞

They are always out of donuts and the last time I ordered an Oat Milk latte through the app, drive to the store to pick it up, the girl at the drive through says they are out of oat milk and almond milk. All they have is regular milk. It's 9:30 AM!!! How are you out of latte making supplies this early? Maybe work on customer satisfaction and go down the the store a few blocks down the street and buy some freaking milk!!!!!

Ordered two hot chocolates, two hot peppermint mochas, one egg and cheese bagel and two cocoa mochas. All of the drinks were mislabeled, our hot chocolates were actually coffee and the lady at the counter admitted right in front of me that all she read was ‘original hot’ and assumed we got coffee. One of our cocoa mochas was ice cold as it was handed to us and both of them just taste like regular coffee. We didn’t realize how bad the cocoa mochas were until after we had already gone back to fix the hot chocolate mess and I am not driving there for a third time for something that should have been made right to begin with. If you insist on going to this Dunkin, stick with the refreshers, it seems to be the only thing these kids can get right.

This is the worst Dunkin’ in Shreveport Bossier they do not know how to make the drinks !!!!! They are always changing new workers this sucks it’s the closest one to my job I won’t be going back .

I want the GM Erin Graham to send me my $16.19 back. I visited the kings hwy location 11/22/25 service was horrible and on top of that my drink was not made right I had to tell him to put the cookies on top and then as I’m driving home the drink was nasty. I waited 30 minutes for 10 Munchkins then they came cold he didn’t ask if I wanted them warm I had to ask him to warm them I wish I could write a review with a negative star

Overall just a pretty lack luster experience. The coffee was bad. They added way too much syrup so it just tasted like an artificial mess. I ordered 3 chipotle hash brown wraps and they didn’t add the chipotle sauce to any of them. To top it off they were out of toilet paper in both bathrooms which is always nice.

Donuts are frozen, stale, and uninspiring. Dunkalatte is nauseously sweet, service slow and unthoughtful, bathrooms not well kept or stocked. Another beautiful example of enshitification as what happens when private equity takes over anything (looking at you Inspire Brands/Roark Capital Group) and short-term profits are valued over anything and everything else.
The service was extremely rude and displeasing. The manager had an attitude as soon as I pulled around for my mobile order, side eyeing me and giving small talk to her worker. I felt disrespected, this place needs better management ASAP!

First time I went to this location. I asked for specific donuts. I asked for 5 different type of donuts and saying they didn’t have it. I left. So today I gave them a 2nd chance and decided to walk in to see selection this time. Doors were locked and was told to go through drive thru. Not again. I’ll go pay extra at Dripp around the corner than ever go to this place again
