Everything was great and the customer service was decent but when i went back in to get my ketchup i noticed a half smoked black and mild sitting on the counter with a green lighter and when i addressed the team about it they looked confused and rude about the situation as if i was a Karen. I let them know how disgusting and unsanitary that was considering it was out in the open for any customer to see. I don’t think I’ll be returning to this location as there are plenty of...

I was disappointed after visiting Dunkin Donuts this morning. There was only 1 car in front of me, yet it took nearly 15 minutes for my order of 1/2 glazed, bag of donut holes, and a coffee. Additionally, I asked for assorted munchkins, and when I got home, they were all plain. It seems they were understaffed even for the slow morning traffic, or maybe they are always this slow. I doubt I'll be revisiting.

They are friendly and nice but Sunday mornings they don’t supply the napkins. This week both bathrooms are out of order and they don’t have napkins at all in stock. Night shift should be resupplying the napkin dispensers before they clock out. Management should be ordering enough paper to keep a 3 day supply at least in case the pipeline gets shutdown like the Covid panic
