Seems understaffed and like they have less supplies than other locations. Probably just a high stress area. Workers great, but they don't have much to work with and have to make poor substitutions. Go to Jimmie Davis or Kings location

I should have followed my intuition and went to kings hwy. I wanted the holiday cookie drink but it’s on the menu as a latte. I don’t want a latte or want to be forced to drink a latte just to get whip cream or cookies. I wanted a frozen coffee. No big deal right but she said they are absolutely not allowed to do that. Funny because the other location allows me to have frozen.. waste of my time and gas . Never again

The woman behind the counter was very friendly and did a great job. She got my coffee just right on the first try. We visited at around 1 pm and the donuts were fresh and tasty.

For 7 glazed donuts to be made fresh. They are ice cold and don’t taste like donuts. Not even cake donuts I won’t be back no more If I had the time I would return them for a refund. Donuts are suppose to be fresh and hot.

I don’t know what happened in the last week or two but it’s a whole new group that don’t know how to do anything. Cameron I think his name was I asked for a French vanilla coffee with extra cream and extra sugar. I got a regular coffee with a lil cream and no sugar. Then I asked for a sausage egg and cheese croissant with extra sausage. It came out burnt and no extra sausage. It’s not rocket science I was the only one there so it wasn’t busy. I use to go here a few times a week as it’s close to my work. Forget that I’ll drive the extra 10min to Jimmy Davis location. They know what they are doing over there!!
