Whoever owns this Dunkin needs to train their employees not to be rude. Waited 20 minutes in the drive thru with only 2 cars ahead of me just to get the nastiest made drink. When I called to speak to the manager the employee refused and tried to argue with me about how my drink was made and tastes.

Came inside to avoid the mile-long drive-thru, thinking it’d be quicker to just grab half a dozen donuts. Big mistake. It took 5–10 minutes just to place the order—longer than it took to box the donuts and pay.

The lobby? Think sad water park mess. Ceiling tiles sagging, puddles on the floor, and mystery leaks dripping over counters like it’s a leaky basement, but I guess you do get a quick HIIT class to open the front door.

Staff attention was laser-focused on the drive-thru, as if in-store customers were invisible. If this is a drive-thru-only business in disguise, just say so. Close the lobby, mop the floor, and open a second drive-thru lane already.

I’m a tie hard Dunkin Donuts fan—-in fact the Krispy Kreme chain is an abomination (like Sea World). It looks like I’ll have to find another donut shop/mom-pop. Until then, I’ll be dunkin’ elsewhere.

Literally the worst coffee. One day it’s decent the next it’s horrible. Extremely inconsistent. We come here everyday and for what reason? Who knows. Jr jut tastes like dirty water

The food and drink were good as usual, but I was waiting to even be acknowledged inside for almost 10 minutes. I walked past a girl wearing a headset and sitting on the stairs outside while on her phone. Sure, I get you're probably on your break, but when she went to walk inside later and saw me waiting by the register, she walked right back out and sat in the chairs outside for a few more minutes. When she did finally come back in to take my order, she didnt say much and just looked at me like I was bothering her.

Terrible location !!!! Go to Jimmie Davis! I ordered on the app and the pumpkin flavor was discontinued. Well then she asked if I wanted a refund well duh if not getting the drink I paid for. Sat at the window for 10 minutes just for her to come and ask the same question?? Couldn’t do the refund because my card was tap pay… okay idk bad customer service IMO never offered if I wanted another drink or anything since I couldn’t get a refund. We had to ask her if we could another one lol

Inconsistent customer service & taste every time. I’ve had bad experiences in the drive thru and I continue to give this spot a chance.
Went in on Sunday afternoon, asked for an iced caramel macchiato & received an iced mocha macchiato. I knew the drink the employee handed me was not what I ordered but I had no energy to hold up the line and have them remake my drink. I just wanted to get out of there. Everything felt rushed and drink was barely drinkable. Big fan of Dunkin just not this location.

The only halfway decent thing about this place is the few donuts that are actually fresh. Other than that the store is dirty and the workers are lazy disrespectful and downright ignorant

I've been coming to this Dunkin' for over a year but after my last few visits I don't think I will be back. I always place my orders in the mobile app for walk in and I have had to wait 20+ minutes SEVERAL times. They are a busy location and I do take that into consideration but there is absolutely ZERO sense of urgency when you walk inside. The workers clearly do not care about your service because you are not greeted or acknowledged until YOU say something. I love Dunkin' and their prices, and the convenience of this location to my home, but from now on I will drive to the Starbucks that is slightly farther out of my way and pay more for quality service. I will continue to visit other locations when I can but this location is nothing but a disservice to the Dunkin' franchise.
