This is the perfect neighborhood restaurant! The catfish are fresh and fried to perfection; crispy on the outside, white and flakey inside. The fries are crispy home-style, slightly seasoned, but not heavily. The side salad has mixed greens and cherry tomatoes and is a generous serving. The restaurant is in an established neighborhood and is very casual. Others at my table were very happy with their selections included fried shrimp, boiled shrimp, and a shrimp poboy. There service was great and we were able to talk to the owner as well. We will be back soon too try other menu items. The hamburgerslook great!

Walking into this place was like walking into grandma's and the customer service was above and beyond. The food was delicious. I had the chicken and sausage gumbo with a chicken salad sandwich and my husband had the seafood platter. Highly recommend if you are in the area.

OMG, this had one of the best burgers in the country! As full-time RVers, we go to a lot of different restaurants all over the country. Hands down, they have the best burgers, and yes, their secret ingredient is their home made buns. To die for!!! You can't go wrong here with super fresh ingredients. The portions are huge, regardless of whether you get a burger, chicken sandwich, po boy, or salad. Also, definitely try their delectable desserts. They are yummy! The service is very pleasant, and friendly. As with most restaurants, for good food, you will have to wait 10-15 for them to cook your item to order. Always fresh! It's a very simple building all by itself in a quiet neighborhood, very unassuming, but the food is awesome! A must stop in Shreveport, Louisiana.
I've never had an unsatisfactory meal at Rollin' in the Dough. I had a cheeseburger and fries on my last visit. The homemade bun makes it even better. My wife had catfish and she loved it. We grabbed a couple of casino cakes to take home. Neither of the casino cakes made it through the night. They were great.Kid-friendliness: The grandchildren love this place. The kids' menu has a nice variety. The chicken fingers and grilled cheese sandwich satisfied them both. Having Hi-C fruit punch was a bonus.
