This place is very slow. There are 5 people behind the counter and they only make one order every 7-10 minutes. They were very slow one night and took about 25-30 minutes to make two sandwiches. Staff doesn't care at all. All they do is talk to each other while one person makes the subs very slowly... Do not recommend if you're short on time or order 45 minutes in advance.

6PM Sunday Feb 9th. 3 people behind the counter acting like they're on vacation. No sense of urgency whatsoever. It's not busy at all. I'm here to pick up a Uber Eats order that was placed 30 minutes ago. I've been sitting here 15 minutes and I'm not even sure if they've started it. I announced myself and my order as soon as I got here. Maybe hire some employees that care about their jobs. $5 an hour is too much for all three of them. This is insane. Absolutely poorly ran establishment.
I think the male employee left and one of the girls is running her mouth, threatening to quit and shut the store down.
I had to finally cancel the order. My time and money wasted.

Had lunch with my girlfriend , staff was very fast paced , attentive , and friendly. Will be coming back.

Ordered at 5:52 pm for dine in..Lobby wasn’t busy but it took 35 minutes to get our food for sandwiches!!! This restaurant is another in Shreveport that has become nothing but a joke. Employees could care less about any customer service skills.. The food wasn’t even worth it…

Staff can’t take orders correctly. Then wants to charge you for another sandwich. Sandwich was loaded when I clearly said meat and cheese only (due to allergy) Terrible snarky comments from workers with bad attitudes. When they made the second one incorrectly I asked for a refund I was told no. But I never got the food I ordered. I walked out with nothing. They don’t seem to care. I left and went to another sub shop for my lunch. Don’t waste your time or money. No refund. No food. Bad service.

The service here was awful. I'm allergic to tomatoes and my husband ordered my sandwich with no tomatoes (on 1/2). Thankfully before eating the sandwich, I noticed that the sandwich was loaded with guess what? Tomatoes!!! I contacted the store and the young lady who identified herself as the manager argued me down that my husband asked for tomatoes. I explained there is absolutely no way that he would have asked for tomatoes. Despite this, she continued to go back and forth and refused to rectify my order. Apparently, firehouse (this manager) doesn't care about customer service nor the potential ramifications of serving a wrong order to someone who has allergies. We will definitely not be back.

The aromas when you walk in the place, just make your mouth water. I ordered two large turkey subs with extra meat, extra cheese, and they just melt in my mouth. The bread is so soft. Definitely worth the drive and the price, which is reasonable In my opinion.

Went today and ordered two combos. Food was hot and fresh. Manager on duty was extremely rude and short. Shouldn't be helping customers at register with an attitude like that.

Just had an order from doordash and simple instructions must be hard to do. Or reading is hard to do!!! No no no no ads on a sandwich and order was wrong all around. Simple as reading it
