The food is good and the service is decent, but it’s a bit dirty around lunchtime, which is understandable. However, the portions they give are much smaller than other Firehouse locations.

Picked up a small catering order. The girl running the register was kind. She asked another chick to grab my order and the service went downhill from there. She needs to find a job where doesn’t work with people if she’s going to refuse to acknowledge or speak to customers. And that’s after throwing my order on a counter and just walking off. I didn’t even get a chance to offend her.

Ordered online. Specified exactly what we wanted. Total 49 dollars for 3 medium sandwiches, drinks and chips. Ordered extra onions on mine...no onions, no lettuce or tomato when I got my order. They messed up one other sandwich too. Too much money for what we got and they didn't follow directions.

The service was amazing. Everyone smiles! It was clean. I am so glad I chose medium instead of small on the sandwich on because it WAS THE BEST STEAK AND CHEESE I EVER HAD! So much flavor!! So juicy it was dripping down my chin!!

Don't try to use their bathroom at all bc the manager will get IRATE and UNLOCK AND OPEN THE DOOR ON YOU! Highly inappropriate and aggressive.

Everything about the experience was amazing. The sandwich was delicious. The customer service was excellent. Everyone there has great customer service and worked together to get sandwiches out fast and perfect. I must shout out Gloria. She personally made sure I had the best experience. You must try the Triple Stack. That Carolina Gold barbeque sauce is good.
