I find the fact that you don't sell mimosas with brunch disqualifying for me. But that certainly your right. But the fact you dodged the question by sending the guest back to the menu, tells me another about your business practices and character.

I was in town for a volleyball tournament and wanted a breakfast spot for me and the family. I was able to put my name on the waiting list online. It told me the current wait time, I added my name, drove to First Watch, got seated right away even though there were others waiting.The food was excellent and the atmosphere was nice. I do like the variety and creativity of their menu options. The fresh juices are amazing.The only trouble we had was that they didn’t serve all of our food at the same time. We waited for the last dish for an extra 15 minutes.Parking: Plenty of shopping center parking.Kid-friendliness: This is a family dining restaurant.
Food was ok. Nothing special. Also did not have what I wanted (no alcohol and no shrimp and grits). I could've stayed home. Most likely going to another spot in future. But waiter was great, attentive, apologetic even though it's not his fault.

Food was delicious and fresh! Slightly understaffed but the crew worked together well to do the best they could. Wait time was only 20 mins for a two top and we left with full happy belly's. First watch is a clean and fun environment to have breakfast or brunch. The quinoa bowl is my dish of choice and I love their wheat toast with fresh preserves, so good and don't forget to order coffee ☕ it's a medium to dark roast and very flavorful.

The food was good, but it was very noisy & the service was not the best--- slow, and sloppy--- forgetting important details.Wheelchair accessibility: There needed to be an area where elderly with walkers or rollators could keep theirs beside them.

Food was good but wait staff needs some serious training. Food was delivered and that was it. We had to ask for half of the things that came with the breakfast, including the fresh jam in the actual topping to the eggs. My eggs were cold by the time I actually got the waitress to come back to even acknowledge that I was missing the topping. Ticket was delivered while we were eating and we were never asked if we wanted anything else…Check out girl just as ho hum!!
