I would not go back. We went in before 3 and our waiter took our order for an app and then didn’t show back up till AFTER 3 to get our main order. I did mention we were there before 3 (lunch specials are till 3) and he said “if I wanted he maybe could get me a salad on lunch” I’m a big girl. He knew I wasn’t ordering a salad. lol Rude-very. Regardless of if it was funny or not it was unprofessional and unprovoked. I wasn’t loud or rude or troublesome. The receipt shows I was there before 3.

We went here for the first time not knowing what to expect. Man was I ever surprised! Pizza was phenomenal, service was good, drinks were good. My daughter and my wife agreed. This is definitely a place we will be back to. One of the best pizza spots in shreveport. Go try their lunch menu

Weird vibes. Saw that they had live music today (a Tuesday). We went for date night as neither of us had been. They had like 4 tables on the patio where the guy was playing and told us we couldn’t sit out there because they had a big party that reserved. So, only a few people could enjoy the live music? The weirdest part was they also have a big stage with several tables right next to the small patio where the guy was playing. We were disappointed when the hostess told us we couldn’t sit out there but we decided to be seated anyway. The table we were given was right on top of another table which is uncomfortable but the breaking point was when a lady at that other table told us to be careful because the booth side of the table ripped her pants when she sat down. They moved that family from that table because the booth ripped her pants. I was looking at the menu and I was excited about trying the food but I just couldn’t so we walked out. I do wonder how the artists feel playing there for 4 tables. Very strange.

My husband and I and our kids went out for dinner and were sadly disappointed by the food. The service and patio were great, though. The pizza was dripping in oil, burnt on the bottom and the cheese slid right off. Will consider trying again in the future but will try something other than the pizza.

I enjoyed my evening with big thanks to our server, Abby Grace. First of all, she’s knowledgeable, friendly and full of joy. She chose a wine for me based off my preferences and it was a hit. Our meal choices were a 10/10 and Jeremy who brought them out was super kind to us.
They have an incredible wine selection for those who enjoy a good red with their cheeses or pizza, pasta etc.
I will ask for Abby anytime we come to Frank’s. Management, you have a prize in sweet Abby! She represents your restaurant and customer service beautifully.
