Good quality food and the staffing is very nice I wish they’d reopen I have a few friends that love ramen and would love to try it.
The best ramen in Shreveport
The beef ramen was simply amazing. The chicken is good, but the beef is amazing 🤩

The place was practically empty but got my food after an hour. You would think the long wait was bad, but the food tasted even worse! Leaving 1 star because there’s no option for negative stars.

Horrible. This has to be the worst ramen eating experience and dining experience I ever had. This was one time I have ever regretted tipping before the food came out. The ramen came an hour after the order and was saltier than seawater. The noodles they use are instant noodles at best. The ramen was not even hot after an hour wait and we could not even finish half of it. NEVER GO HERE!!

Went yesterday because that was the only place open. Food wait time was CRAAAAZZZZZYYYYYYY. Received food after about 2 hours of ordering. Food was salty af. Ramen was cold af. Chicken was drenched in salt. Would never recommend. It should change its name is Worst Ramen.

I guess I'm just the odd man out. We've been trying to eat at ghost ramen for probably close to 2 years. But, between odd hours, living out of town, numerous closures and moves we just couldn't make it happen...until today. Went around 6 p.m, so not busy at all. we had the misfortune of getting behind a chatty couple who felt the need to talk to the cashier about the origins of ramen I suppose. The couple and bartender both looked at us two times and apologized for the long wait. That could have been easily avoided with some common courtesy. Moving on, they brought us out the wrong food which was meant for the people who actually ordered after us (we only got two ramen bowls and an order of bao). Once our food came out we were bombarded with flies and had to immediately move inside the bar where ghost ramen is housed. It was so dark we could barely see our food. But hey, it's showtime, we are finally getting to eat. I am by no means a food critic, but have eaten at multiple ramen joints and this was by far the worst. I suppose if you're looking for non traditional ramen with little taste, well, this is your spot. So, like I said, I guess I'm the odd man out because I definitely wasn't feeling the atmosphere everyone mentioned and I definitely wasn't tasting what most others are describing. Given them switching back to their late hours they are catering to the bar crowds and I wish them well.
If you’re trying to book for a reservation. You will not get a response in a timely matter. They will read your message & literally leave you on read. That’s very unprofessional. I reached out on April 28 did not have my message read until May 6. The reservation I wanted to book was for May 8. Also this is NOT a family friendly restaurant. I was told children are NOT allowed! Until this day May 15 my reservation has not been confirmed!
It was my first time having real Ramen.Wow!!!

Firstly, this place is slightly hard to find. You'll be parking in the Bally's parking garage and walking under the Texas Street bridge. I had high hopes to start, but I don't think I've ever been more pleasantly surprised. We both had the Yakamein and one of us almost never finishes our food. We both did here. We've been going around Shreveport nearly every week in search of the hidden gem (whether that be burgers, soul food, Asian, etc.) we absolutely found that here. Taste was out of this world, even for a couple with wildly different preferences.Cleanliness was great too as allergies are always a concern wherever we go, but we were assured of the cross contamination mitigation measures.I'll be back tomorrow.

I ready plenty of the reviews here and people do not seem to understand that this is a food truck-turned bar kitchen-turned patio eatery. Complaints about counter service or the drink scenario is asinine. The service is essentially that of what you get at a bar's contract kitchen. You order, you pay, you come pick up your food when it's ready. The woman working the counter was very nice and helpful about the menu, and when it was slow enough to do so, she brought me my food.Drinks are provided and served by the bar attached (Fatty's.) So yeah, you have to go order your drink at the bar, but an employee delivered me a second round once I had a tab opened. As for the food, I thought the appetizer platter I got was delicious. I got gyoza, corn ribs, and Adobe pork belly (quite spicy.) My husband got the Shreveport Hot Ramen and thought it wasn't on par with the spicy deliciousness of the pork belly, but we would absolutely visit again and try the other ramens as well. These one star reviews for idiotic standards are why no businesses can survive in Shreveport. They leave no room for unique restaurant concepts.
