I was searching for healthy food to eat, then stumbled upon Glow Alchemy the food is very good specially the juice, there was a specific red juice they make which is very good, it tastes sweet and has a bit of ginger in it (my favorite). The place is clean, the food I got was in the grab and go section which I find very flexible and fast for someone like me who wants things to be done quickly. I would definitely recommend getting food here if you wanna start getting into healthy...
The weekly specials are so creative and thoughtfully curated, and every juice I've ordered tastes incredibly fresh! The shop itself is charming and intimate, creating such a welcoming atmosphere.

I’ve been ordering meal prep from Glow for 2.5 years and I’m still not tired of it — that says it all! The meals are fresh, healthy, and somehow never boring (seriously, how do they keep coming up with this stuff?). The team is always friendly and dependable, and they make eating clean feel easy. Shreveport, this place is a gem not only for meal prep but also for breakfast and lunch. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ every time!
