I didn't receive my order. Door dash told me that they would resend it, they didnt. An hour later the store was CLOSED And the store LIED so they gave me $20 worth of door dash credit on an $80 order and then refuse to give me any refund because they said the information they received was that I was only missing one item, aka store lied. I really I was missing every entree that I'd ordered. I contacted support four times and was told that there is no higher escalation and no other point of contact available to me. so this store and door dash just stole my money.
