Gave this beer a shot and should have given it a shit. The “unapologetic Pilsner” tasted exactly like an ipa. Idk if there was an issue with the distribution but that was a huge bummer.

The food was without a doubt cooked fresh with a great quality chicken. I order the Bangkok I will say it without any doubt that it is THE BEST chicken sandwich I have ever had! I'm still sitting at the bar finishing my meal and awesome brew but can't wait to be back 🤘

What a sneaky awesome place! Just on the other side of a historical district, it doesn’t look like a brewery right away. Such a cool, chill vibe the second you walk in. So many beer varieties to make everyone happy. The wall behind the bar has what’s all on tap. There is an additional seating on the brew floor too. Big fans out there too to keep you cool. There is also a food truck on the floor, and it seems they have guest trucks as well. We went at the start of their Rambler Week Celebration, they had all kinds of goodies happening. A local artist comes in and creates some sweet chalk art on their walls, they had the college and NFL games on their projector, they do Trivia on Wednesdays. So much happening in this cool place. Can’t wait to come back!

Very disappointed in these folks...hit a pothole in their parking lot as I was coming in, which is probably going to cost me another good $125-$300 that I don't have...it is because of ungrateful entities that cause us these major financial issues such as Great Raft that is why Shreveport-Bossier has sunk to the depths that it has!
The beers are all really good and Dripp chicken was wonderful. It also a really cool atmosphere with indoor and outdoor seating

Cool place. Bartenders were helpful in picking out a beer. All the brews we had tasted good and the food truck serves a poutine that I could eat every day of the week. This is a perfect place to have a beer with friends and catch up. Will definitely go back when I'm in the area.

Tried a couple Great Raft drafts in downtown Shreveport and they were so good, we had to track down the mother ship and have a nightcap...so glad we did. A phenomenal selection of drafts available at this location, in a really cool and comfortable taproom. Visiting Great Raft is a must, whether you're a regular or a local!
