I am disappointed in the size of the meat patties, something is wrong, this is unacceptable, I used to live Griff's Burger, I will not be back until they make the original patties on their burgers.

The Burger's are delicious and the onion rings are fried to perfection. Everything is made to order and and fresh when you get it. They have the best sweet tea and free refills. The staff is very friendly and courteous. I highly recommend the one on Linwood drive in Shreveport I will definitely be eating there again next time I have to go to the hospital

Me and my daughter stopped here for a quick lunch. The burgers and fries were delicious. They were hot and fresh. My daughter went to the counter to ask for some ketchup packets, while the lady behind the counter was talking with her co workers. The lady seemed annoyed by my daughter and was like “ain’t no ketchup over there?” Instead of saying hey there is some over there. I’m not someone who comes to Griffs often so I don’t know where the ketchup is, and this was my daughter first visit ever, therefore that’s why we asked. The staff there is a bit rude and the building itself in the hood. So I didn’t expect much anyways… either way me and my daughter loved the food. I would recommend just going through the drive through to get your food and not dining in. As someone from Shreveport who’s travels many places, Shreveport has some of the rudest most unprofessional workers in customer service ??♀️. Anyways I’m rating Griffs 4 stars strictly for the food and not the service.

I arrived last night at 11:45pm I sat in the line for 6 minutes saying hello before anyone came on the speaker to yell out they were closed. The business doesn’t close until 12am The workers were very rude when I said it wasn’t 12 they laughed and was very unprofessional. I have came before to the restaurant and had a good experience but the night shift needs to go
