Hana Steak Seafood & Sushi

I used to really love this place, usually eat here about 1x a week! First, our server stacked our salads on top of our soup, the bowl was wet under which is very unsanitary. Then her cell phone ringer was on loud, that is so unprofessional. Secondly, it was pieces of hair in everyone’s rice! I can understand one strand, but multiple is unacceptable! Our cook was very nice & I know it wasn’t his fault. The manager did not even want to come speak with us. LASTLY , I can understand cleaning up because you’re closing soon but do not come sweeping around us! I AM VERY DISGUSTED!

Went with family for the first time. I highly recommend this place! Intimate tables but family and kid friendly. More food than you can eat and well worth the money. Service was fast and a fun show to watch. I can't wait for the next special event to go back! I loved Hana!

My experience was ok.. server was on point-the hibachi cook had personality!
I ordered steak and shrimp with veggies only- The steak needs to be prepared and marinated with herbal seasonings and not cooked with just with butter & soy sauce when presented.. it was not tender at all and very salty)- used too much soy sauce in my opinion.. I'm a foodie and have traveled all over the 🌎..looked good however the taste was generic and salty ruined the whole meal. The hibachi experience Definitely needs upgrading to herbal seasonings and fresher veggies and meat options. The frozen option is played out.

Hana Steak Seafood & Sushi left much to be desired. The food was mediocre, lacking the flavors you'd expect from such a cuisine. Service was even worse. Our server, Reigh’Lee, was inattentive and barely checked on us. She dropped food off without a word. A career change might be beneficial.

Edit: I’m very mindful with my reviews. I took into account it was Mothers Day but the restaurant at 3pm was only about a quarter full. We weren’t on the hibachi side (which was very busy). Our waitress was not serving other patrons-we rarely saw her. I did see her eating. She dropped off our food without speaking. The lemon drops were warm no ice nor chilled glass. I think long and hard before posting a negative review.

Teriyaki is a very distinct and strong flavor. If you're going to cover everything on your menu in teriyaki, it should be noted SOMEWHERE on the menu. When I inquired why it was going on my for, the chef very rudely and dismissively stated that's what he's supposed to do, he's just the cook. The manager remade the food for me in the back after the fact, but the whole experience was already ruined and I ate alone as everyone at my table was already finished by the time my food came back. Even after taking the teriyaki off, the food was C+ at best.

The server was very nice and tried hard, but couldn't answer any questions that anyone at the table had.

And when I asked for hot sauce to go with the meal, I got handed a bottle of water Sriracha and told that's all they had

I was thoroughly unimpressed with this establishment and will not be back

The food was not good the shrimp they give are like small and not fresh for the price I was hoping to get something a bit more better but the waiter is very respectful and made up for the bad experience she needs a raise
