Came for my son’s 12th birthday because he’s really interested in Japanese culture and wanted to experience hibachi for the first time. The vibe was off as soon as we walked in the door and no one greeted us. However, the server came a couple minutes later, and we were seated at our hibachi table within about 5 minutes. It was weird that we weren’t greeted, but we weren’t tripping - maybe the server was just a little tired. Then we proceeded to sit at the hibachi table while the two servers (young girls) walked back and forth over 25 times without saying so much as one word to us, let alone taking our drink or sushi or hibachi orders. Eventually the manager or owner came over to our table and took our drink orders and filled them. The two servers continued to walk right past us without even so much as “I’ll be right with you,” even when they were just standing around chatting with each other. It was an extremely strange experience. About 10 minutes after the manger brought us our drinks, I asked for the check. We had been sitting there for well over 30 minutes without so much as a word from either of the servers. Choosing to leave wasn’t about the wait at all. It was that the people who are paid to serve us were treating us like an imposition. It certainly feels strange when I’m 100 times more polite and pleasant than the people getting paid to be polite and pleasant to me. We always tip at least 20%, which I’ve learned is rare in this godforsaken city, so the servers’ poor customer service skills made them miss out on what would have been a very easy table and probably one of their larger tips of the day. The restaurant left a horrible first impression. We left and likely will not be returning. I don’t spend money where I’m not appreciated and valued as a customer. The manager (or owner) did seem genuinely concerned when we were leaving, but unfortunately the very rude and incompetent servers had already ruined the place for us. My best advice, hire better servers who value ALL customers.Conditions:- Tuesday around 7-7:40pm- clear outside- groups at 3 other hibachi tables- the dining room was mostly empty

Food portions are very small for what you pay, we left hungry, service was excellent
The cook was funny and entertaining. Our waitress did make a few boo boos but was still good. The only downside was the incredibly loud and drunk table of guys. Maybe don't overserve or ask them to be more respectful to others in the restaurant in the future.

This used to be the best place for sushi back when it first opened. It started going downhill over time, to the point I stopped even eating here. Went back after not eating here for two years, hoping it got better. The Hana roll wasn't made right, or they make it different now. The service was terrible. I really was hoping it got better because this was my favorite place, but in my opinion, it's just not worth it anymore.

Delicious food at great prices. Something for all of our different picky eaters and allergies. Short wait time.Dietary restrictions: Teen is allergic to carrots so got a carrot free salad and carrot free rice (some places won't customize on carrots being in these dishes). We have two non veggie eaters, and they substituted for them.

Usually I get my food to go but I dine in this time and what a shameful waste. We sat at a booth. The waitress seems overwhelmed and over work. She never checked on us during the time there. We had to get her attention or call for help. The food was ok good but could be better. The drinks was horrible water tasted nasty tap and my alcohol drink wasn't to pleasant. The menu's was sticky and dirty that not good at all. This place is sooo overrated. Not a good dine in experience for me.

The kids and I love Hana every time we go. Last time, there were a couple mix-ups on our order, but staff fixed everything with a smile on their face. The show and food were definitely worth the minor issue!

Food tasted funny, was not at all impressed with the cook. He never laughed or joked with us. And trying to get a refill was bad. We all had no drink for more than half of our meal.

The food was very meh. Lukewarm soup, mushy rice, ok seasoning/sauce on the meats. The server Kenzie was very attentive and took care of us.
