Went by to get my kids some Italian ice and the young ladies at the window were rude. I asked a question they looked at each other and laughed. Then I asked the flavors for the ice the cashier was rude. This was a horrible experience.

This place is amazing!!!!! Sooooo good. Big portions. I had the mango and cream cheese gelati. (Gelato). It's a mix of Italian ice and frozen yogurt.

The chocolate concrete was so good I went back 2 days later. I’ve never had ice cream like this before. Extra creamy and thick. Very rich!

Having been a HB's customer for a WHILE and scooting in after a hiatus from "bad" foods, I went by to treat a friend who had never had frozen custard. She still hasn't. After forking over a fortune for two servings, we took our Kool-Whip on the road. What a dud. Is this a mix? What is this? Do you know how RICH custard is? What have they done with my original Happy Belly's? Where is the custard? Maybe the Whip flavors were good, idk because taste requests are denied. Even the pup got shorted with a broke half of a mini dog biscuit--no pup cup here. I'll give ya my frequent flyer card with eight stamps on it because I will not finish it out. I'll be at Counter Culture where I will know I am eating something because it has flavor. Sorry, HB's. 'Got too little quality for too many dollars.

I was visiting the area and turned in to order. When I got to the window, I was told to pull up, and someone would take my order. No one came, and the cars behind me was waited on. I called in to ask why and I then was told that I cut line. How could I cut line when I had the right of way. I asked why I wasn't told that before. ? So I left.

They do run out of flavors so have back up chooses!However the flavors they do have are always amazing! I’ve been multiple times and it’s always a hard choice bc there are so many good options!Plus you can get blended flavored Italian ice and custard and it’s heaven on earth! You need to try it- no matter the weather!They only do drive thru but they work super quickly! Plus they have loyalty cards :)
