Food was pretty solid. Chicken buffet is pretty dangerous. One can easily go home miserable stuffed lol. Couple of items that mightve been sitting out a tad too long but I'll definitely go back as long as the last trip doesn't trigger a heart attack!

The food was hot and tasted good... no one ever checked on us, we got there a lot 4:10 pm... there were 2 people behind the counter, and the handicapped man was trying to get in. NO ONE tried to help us... I was trying to get him in the door, and they just watched... if they had been busy, I could have understood... but it was so frustrating to see them back there and not try to help... the atmosphere is less than desirable.... the restroom was really bad, did not look like it had been cleaned all day... the toilet seat was broke paper on the floor, dirty sink and commode... it was the first time I had been there, and it will definitely be the last... thank goodness the man I had with me food not have to use the restroom as then mens was worse than the women's... Nice try, Hartz, but until you get a better staff in there and fix the commode, and your personal start keeping things cleaned like they should be.... it's sn easy pass for me...
Vegetarian options: Hartz is one of my favorite buffets... this one was really small, did not offer a lot of what the bigger ones offer... food was good... the rest was not good...
Wheelchair accessibility: Starting off the way the parking lot is marked, the only handicapped entrance is marked for a vehicle to park in that space, and it covers the ramp... and foreman just happened to be, and he was able to get the man I was with in a wheelchair up on the sidewalk... someone was parked in the handicapped spot, we could not use the ramp... it needs to be remarked where parking is on either side of the ramp but not on the ramp... I head to move the chairs and table to be able to get him into a table... again, NOT ONE employee offered any kind of assistance... poor service on their part...

Went to eat there before 8:45pm they close at 9:30pm, the door was locked and said they were closed (lobby was closed). There is no time saying that they close the lobby at a certain time!!!

ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS!!!! Chicken was fresh and fried to perfection. Not to mention well seasoned. And the fries were hot fresh and also fried to perfection. Not one soggy one! The lemonade was also truly fresh and mouth watering. Would I recommend them.. YES!!!!!!! You are truly missing some if you don't visit them once. Definitely a 10/10
For my taste, the buffet is a bit overpriced for the selection provided. It is all good food though.
