I would NOT recommend eating here. This place falsely accused my brother of not paying his tab and went to the extreme of calling the police without properly investigating. He paid in cash and left the establishment. Someone on the inside stole the money from the table and they caused a huge scene for nothing. Slander and defamation because they posted on social media about it. Do not support businesses who are blatantly unprofessional and racist. They ended up apologizing but damage was already done. DO BETTER! ** Remember to ALWAYS collect your paper receipts when paying in cash.
We were passing through from Florida headed back home to Oklahoma . My daughter found this place and we had the best service. The food was amazing but the most amazing part was our waitress Ciera! I would literally ask for Ciera again! Ciera went above and beyond to explain the menu to us and was so quick with everything we asked her for. Ciera was the friendliest person we have had eating out from Oklahoma to Florida and back again. Thank you Ciera for making our experience a great one! The Smiths from Oklahoma
Management staff was awful!!!
However, our waiter Jas was excellent! Management needs to be friendly and courteous to their customers. Thanks to Jas for saving the visit!

This used to be one of my favorite places to eat whenever I visited Shreveport, but after my recent experience on Sunday January 26, 2025, I am extremely disappointed and hesitant to return. The service was inconsistent, and the staff lacked professionalism and compassion, which left a bad taste in my mouth—literally and figuratively.
The drink I ordered was unpleasant, and when I asked for it to be replaced, the waitress outright refused, saying, “We don’t send anything back, and you have to pay for it.” I had to ask for extra items just to make the drink tolerable. On top of that, the waitress was disorganized and confused about the orders. She served me the wrong food, and when I tried to return it, it accidentally fell. Shockingly, she told me I had to reorder and pay for the other person’s food, leaving us both stuck paying for the same order.
As someone with over 20 years of experience in hospitality and as a restaurant owner myself, I found this level of service unacceptable. Mistakes happen, and customers should not bear the cost of them. In my establishments, we build room in our budget for situations like this and would have comped the food or provided a discount—something this restaurant should seriously consider.
What makes this even harder is that my family just buried two loved ones who died January 1, 2025 one being my son. This restaurant had been a place I loved to stop at, offering a moment of comfort during difficult times. In fact, I was here January 19, 2025 and spent around $400, and during this visit, we spent $400–$500 again. Despite being a loyal customer and spending a significant amount, the staff and management couldn’t make a simple accommodation to correct their mistake.
It’s disheartening to see businesses lose loyal customers over situations they could have easily corrected. While this was once a go-to spot for me in Shreveport, I’m now forced to find another restaurant. The experience was not just disappointing but deeply hurtful. I hope they take this feedback seriously, as it’s sad to see a restaurant with so much potential fail its customers like this.
The food/fish is horrible but the service and atmosphere is A-1. I guess if you like boils then this is the place for you. Unfortunately, im a fish girl and the fish sucks here.

So the vibe was awesome, the music was thumping and its a really cool restaurant. The waitress we had was ok. However, the food was subpar. I had ordered the king crab, sausage, potato, and corn. I asked for the house seasoning, which is all the seasoning together. It seemed like the seasoning was added after the crab was steamed, so it wasn't infused into the meat, which made the meat taste blan. My wifes crab was the same. We also had the frog legs. I feel like they need to rework their batter for the legs. It tasted kind of plane. However, the cheese curds were good. They were super busy, so I don't know if they missed something when preparing the food. I spent over $250, but I don't feel like the quality of the food was worth that much. I know this business is still relatively new, so maybe it's just growing pains.
This is just my opinion.

The restaurant did have any of the utensils to Crack the crab they say they was all dirty. And the waitress were confused on the food for everyone they accused on of our guest of not paying for their food. Only have plastic fork and spoons no knives for the prices are ridiculous to have to eat with plastic utensils.
