I got the sushi lunch special which cost around 13 dollars. I put down $10 and my card, because I was paying with both. My waiter took my 10 as a tip and charged me the full cost of the meal on my card plus the tip I added from my card. Ask next time. Why would I give a $10 tip on a 13 dollar bill? Very disappointed. ?

Thanks for always making my lunch with care!! Always flavorful and just how I love it! They have the best staff here too, they are very helpful when your not ur what you want and well educated on what they have to offer on their menu. I recommend making it in time for the lunch special!! It's more than enough food per serving and very tasty!!!

It's a restaurant that my family and children really like. Sushi is very fresh here, and teriyaki is a menu that children love so much. Food here has never disappointed us. If I could give this place zero stars I would. Staff changes constantly. In 2years of randomly trying this place not once has a single order not been messed up. I can't count the number of times someone's food was missing from a pick up up order yet I was charged for it and had to go back to get it. It really isn't difficult to make sure ALL the items ordered are in the bag. Then you get an attitude when you return to pick up your missing food. Sorry, my other family members wanted their dinner.Never again. Worse Japanese restaurant in town.

Been coming here for a few years now and the food is consistently delicious and prepared quickly. It seems like the place is also a lot cleaner than it has been in the past. I'd really encourage them to switch to bottled water because the fountain water/sink water tastes like it's from a pool at Splash Kingdom. I have to take off a star for the taste of the water. My glass seems like it was chewed on. ......why is the water never served in a clear glass?
I love the sushi here. Always good. And I usually get the large house salad bc the dressing is so yummy. I eat here often when I’m in Shreveport bc I live 90 min away and we don’t have many food options

Sushi rolls fell apart immediately, udon was over cooked and under seasoned. The worst part is the unfiltered water. The nasty tap taste was overwhelming in glass water, tea and soup. However, our server, Alec, was very professional and did a fantastic job!

Very disappointed by this experience. Food was really bad. The flavor profiles were all off. Our server didn't know the food and when ordering gave wrong information and was slow in service.The sushi was terrible, honestly low grade and it tasted off...which is terrible. Specifically the fish was tasteless and the tobiko had a strange metallic taste.The other fried items all had exact the same taste and their sauces were all either wrong in taste or just not right.Specifically the tempura sauce had no taste, and the "teriyaki" sauce was actually a ginger miso dressing that I am sure came out of a bulk container.It was a truly disappointing experience as a whole.I cannot recommend it to anyone.
