I called in an order. When I went to pick up, I walked in, was not greeted by anybody. There was a family ahead of me that got seated. No problem but still no one said a word or acknowledged i was there. More people walked in and was immediately greeted. I'm still at the counter just standing there. A woman comes up working on something so I waited til she was done. She then just stood there and then walked off. I saw her again standing against the wall with 2 other ladies and I have yet to speak to anybody. I finally asked the young man who was seating everyone if someone was going to help me which he came right over but I know it wasn't his job at the moment.

Food presentation is getting worse. I cannot recommend anyone to go to this location. My disappointment grows.

Whomever working the grill didn't want to sauté the onions extra, extra. The wife is allergic to raw onion but can eat if cooked. She overheard someone say that if she could eat them cooked, she wasn't allergic to them. Interesting, that they have a doctor working the grill. I'll find another place to eat omelets and pancakes.

Usually this ihop has great service and food, but our most recent visit wasn’t great at all. I understand when you go to a restaurant an hour before they close they might be out of some items. Our waitress failed to tell us they were out of the white gravy after my wife has the food brought to her and is cutting it up. when we were loading up to leave our server asked us to help clean the table. Not a huge deal, but we are the only ones in the restaurant. That can’t wait till we leave? We won’t be coming back to that location for a while .

I tried to use the mobile app to order a delivery and the mobile app is broken. It looks like it's accepting payment, then goes back to the click to pay page. Can't comment on the food because didn't get any. I guess they don't want delivery orders any more and that's fine. Worst experience in a long line of bad delivery experiences. Do not order delivery because it doesn't work.
Waited for 45 minutes AFTER ordering for 4 pancakes... which isn't even what we ordered! Skipped other Shreveport location because this one had better rating, what a joke. Fastest part of service was when they took my card and charged it. Avoid this location, unless you are trying to be frustrated for breakfast.

Never disappoints! 7am-10pm They have a $6 breakfast special with three options (youll pay more at a drive thru) & hot ☕️ 🍵 🫖 My server was Laurie! Awesome 👌 service as always! Ihop put me thru college! I used to study here when they were open 24 hours & the perfect coffee, eggs and quiet environment got me thru!

Overall, excellent! Highlight was the service from their team and how quick the food came out. Tasted good, no issues with our order. Only recommendations would be touch-up work on the building (bathrooms need remodeled or at least a deep cleaning, front door needs touched up, etc.).
