I tried to use the mobile app to order a delivery and the mobile app is broken. It looks like it's accepting payment, then goes back to the click to pay page. Can't comment on the food because didn't get any. I guess they don't want delivery orders any more and that's fine. Worst experience in a long line of bad delivery experiences. Do not order delivery because it doesn't work.

Waited for 45 minutes AFTER ordering for 4 pancakes... which isn't even what we ordered! Skipped other Shreveport location because this one had better rating, what a joke. Fastest part of service was when they took my card and charged it. Avoid this location, unless you are trying to be frustrated for breakfast.

Never disappoints! 7am-10pm They have a $6 breakfast special with three options (youll pay more at a drive thru) & hot ☕️ 🍵 🫖 My server was Laurie! Awesome 👌 service as always! Ihop put me thru college! I used to study here when they were open 24 hours & the perfect coffee, eggs and quiet environment got me thru!

Overall, excellent! Highlight was the service from their team and how quick the food came out. Tasted good, no issues with our order. Only recommendations would be touch-up work on the building (bathrooms need remodeled or at least a deep cleaning, front door needs touched up, etc.).
Had breakfast and $6 special was great. Sevice was fast and friendly.

Okay first off we had one of the worst servers ever first my mother in law a half and half most people would think half sweet tea half unsweetened no it was half lemon and sweet tea!! Second my husband side salad shouldn’t took more than his second steak that’s right they had to be remake she messed up on the order my husband likes a medium rare she gave him well done steak!!! Third she wouldn’t check on us she only did when she was bringing food out was ridiculous and she basically hid the whole entire time I saw several servers that had about 5 or more a piece and she only had us so she could of check us I to remind her about our refills but next time I come in around dinner time I want a different server because this was horrible service I usually time real good but I couldn’t she didn’t want to work for it

For starters the food was pretty good. The water had a funny taste to it, not sure if it’s filtered or not. The bathrooms were pretty nasty and a bit smelly. The orange juice was warm, like it wasn’t refrigerated. Service was okay, our server was straight forward and did everything they were suppose to do.
