This is a great place to enjoy good Indian food. The host (owner?) is very friendly and personable and I love going there.

We ordered the Lamb Rogan Josh and Lamb Biryani via DoorDash. The lamb Rogan Josh was definitely not as described. We’ve had numerous lamb Rogan Josh from various restaurants and this shouldn’t even be called Rogan Josh. It was a very liquidy uncooked tomato sauce with lamb chunks. It tasted like canned tomatoe sauce that hadn't even been cooked down with the bare minimum of Indian ingredients. The Biriyani was mediocre at best. Seemed as though the lamb biriyani masala was made separately and mixed with precooked rice. The Chicken 65 was pretty good. Overall extremely disappointed, a huge waste of money.

The food is incredible--perfect. Spicy and thick, flavorful and with good naan and rice. The workers are friendly and efficient, and the restaurant is inviting with many tables for a few friends to gather.

The only complaint is that the building is very warm, so you might sweat a little, but I think that's worth it for the food.

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent visit to your restaurant. I had ordered the lamb chop, but was unable to eat it due to an extremely unhygienic incident. The server, who appeared to be chewing something while bringing the food, accidentally spit pieces from his mouth onto my plate while serving. This was unacceptable and completely ruined my dining experience.

Additionally, I found the quality of the food to be far below what one would expect for the price paid.

I hope you take this matter seriously and address it appropriately with your staff to ensure better hygiene and service in the future. I would appreciate a refund or some form of compensation for this unpleasant experience.

I'd been wishing for a good Indian cuisine restaurant and I believe I've found it! When I'm in Shreveport I'll be a frequent customer.

Great little place to eat. Chicken 65 was too best I’ve had. Owner is a hilarious character. Highly recommend.

April 2025- Tried the soya veg patties! They're amazing. Also, the seasonal goat curry here is really tasty! I don't feel the need to go anywhere else to find good indian food. This place has it all. Really satisfied.

Feb 2024 - Really good food and very nice owner. They have a tandoor, so tandoori items such as roti, kebabs, etc. are really tasty. My favorite dishes here are - prawn/shrimp balchao (ask not to make it too sour), lamb seekh kebabs (so juicy!) and samosas. People like the soya patties here too (I haven't tried)! Also, love the garlic nan here. You'll order another garlic nan after having one.

Looking a 4 star review is just blewing my mind. Their curry's are well balanced with flavors but their rice dish are literally sick. Out of no options had Biryani ordered from this restaurant it seemed like just some chicken curry over Basmati Rice. Never suggesting their rice dishes to any. The Channa sag or the masala is truely great.

It is a regular favorite food spot for our family. Excellent Indian cuisine and a highly educated waiter with a fantastic sense of humor! Best restaurant in town!

I have eaten at Indigo since they first opened. The food and service use to be the best. I no longer live in Louisiana so only get there once a year. Last year it was really bad and today was worse. The last two times the food has been very bland and all of the chicken dishes were dry and tough. I will not waste my $60 on my wife and I again at Indigo. They advertise fresh ingrediants. The spinach and chickpeas were both out of a can and most every dish was Luke warm at best. If you think this is good Indian food, you have never had good Indian food.
