As a child, my parents and I would go to Jacks BBQ. The food was so good back them. On today, Jan. 29th 2025. My wife and I decided to go to Jacks bbq today and the service was ok. But the food and fountain drinks were horrible. I ordered a chopped beef sandwich with fries. My wife ordered a rib plate. Her ribs had no taste, bland I might add. My chopped beef looked as if it was blended in a blender. The taste was not what I remember as a child. The fountain drink machine tasted like dirt water was mixed in it. Overall, we are very unhappy with our experience.

This place always saying its a 2 hour wait for brisket...I drove there on 4 occasions (the never answer the phone) and its always its a 2 hour wait for brisket...I'm done with this place its never consistent...Ots 12:00 on a Saturday they should've known people was coming in to get food and there is none

The place was packed and I was surprised how fast they got through the line. Food was amazing and reasonable prices. I got a variety of things. Look forward to going back and trying more things on menu.
