Hit up Jason's today for an early lunch. Got the Southwest Baked Potato, it was LARGE & AMAZING. It came qwikly and was piping hot. Got it loaded.. only way to roll! The staff was friendly and helpful. The restaurant was clean as always. 5/5*

I'm sorry but Jason's Deli is definitely not the place it used to be. Last night I ordered online and our order was 45 minutes late. When we finally got the food my husband and I were so disappointed. His "bowl" of gumbo was just a soupy gravy with 2, yes I said 2, little bay shrimp. Awful ripoff. No chips, no pickles. A manager who wouldn't look my husband in the eye. Just looked down at the register. No apologies for the slow service. Go somewhere else folks
Really enjoyed eating here. Food is great, and the atmosphere makes you feel unrushed. If you leave here still hungry, you didn't eat here.UPDATE: 10/12/2023: This was the worst ever. They messed up my order, so they took it to be replaced. Approx 40 minutes later, my order came out, still messed up, only different. I asked why it took 40 minutes to make the sandwich, and as it turned out, they didn't make the new one until all of the other orders were completed. So they punish you for their screw ups by putting you order after all the other orders. What should have been a quick bite (15 - 30 minutes) turned into a a 90 minute wait, and I still didn't get my correct order. Hopefully, this is not the new normal for Jason's Deli.

Staff are friendly and efficient.My only issue is the "Ultimate" BLT Bowl. A small pile of "B", lots of "L", and 4 small "T's".Not exactly balanced.The menu says it was supposed to have a boiled egg and avocado. It didn't.That's my only complaint.
